IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.

- "The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! It is conveniently located near six flags and universal studios , with a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks close by. However, several issues affected our stay. There were only eight bath towels, one hand bath towel, and no kitchen towels. We bought pool towels ourselves, though the host offered reimbursement. A yoga mat shown in the listing was missing. Shower water temperature fluctuated wildly whenever someone used a toilet, sink, or ran laundry, making showering tricky. The kitchen lacked basic items like mixing bowls and had limited cookware. There were no hangers in the closets, and no convenient charging spots—we had to unplug lamps behind the master bed. No mop or dustpan was available, though the host again offered reimbursement. The backyard grass was brown and dry, and a black safety fence (not shown in photos) made the pool area less inviting. Exposed wires near the patio seemed unsafe. A small garage leak and front door issue were resolved after contacting the host.Overall, the home looks nice and the host was responsive, but the many small inconveniences and missing basics reduced the comfort. With a bit more care, it could be an amazing rental."

The apartment is walking distance to restaurant and shopping mall. 1 free parking spaces included and there is plenty of guest parking (up to 72hrs).

Their clothes are there, family photos everywhere, their food in the refrigerator, etc. There is only one bedroom that has full privacy (the master), the other is a child’s room, with his pictures and belongs all over the place, that opens into another room with bunk beds, without a door or slider to separate the two. That child’s room was not pictured in the photos and not included in the description. It is very awkward sleeping in a child’s bed, in his room, with all of his possessions there. The backyard is not kept up, the grass is dead, no basketball hoop as pictured (we brought a ball and anticipated being able to use it) and the furniture was very badly faded by the sun with bird/ lizard poop all over it so we could not sit outside. The fire pit also did not work (my parents have the same one and I know how to use it). In fairness, I was there for a wedding and spent most of the weekend away from the VRBO. I did not contact the owner with my concerns because there were too many of them (my fault). I did not have time to dispute all of this due to my involvement in the wedding preparation and the event itself. The owner refused any refund. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere"

This is a “lived in” family home. We have lots of toys, a backyard playhouse with a slide, swings, and a huge trampoline.

The 2 kids rooms have a twin bunk bed each, they share a bathroom with a tub and shower. The master has a king bed with an en suite, with bath and shower combination.

The garage and the downstairs bedroom will be locked with our storage items in them.

Perfect location! Less than 3 miles to Henry Mayo Hospital, a short 5 minute drive to Magic Mountain amusement park and Hurricane Harbor or Castaic Lake. Centrally located to public transportation and the metro link. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and Valencia's famous paseos! Rent a bicycle and ride for miles throughout the cyclist friendly valley along the bike paths and trails (or just stroll the beautifully landscaped 100 miles of paseos). Miles of hiking/mountain biking trails at Towsley Canyon just 7 miles away. More hiking/sight seeing is available at Vasquez Rocks Canyon Park approximately 15 miles away. Only 1 mile to Valencia Town Center Mall, 2 miles to College of the Canyons and Cal Arts University, and approximately 10 minutes drive to Master's College. This is a very nice and safe neighborhood in Southern California. We are only about 20-45 minutes or so away from Burbank, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Ventura, Carpentaria, and the Beaches!!! We have 3 private pools and 3 private Jacuzzi's, private basketball court, parks, golf courses, and hiking trails. Santa Barbara and Solvang are less than two hours away by car, or take the Surf Liner Train and enjoy the view while relaxing as you watch the peaceful coastal scenery all the way to San Luis Obispo! I offer long term monthly rentals with payment through airbnb if you are not able to pass the credit background check. For long-term reservations of 28 days or more you need to sign a rental contract for rent and utilities which requires 30 day notice to terminate the lease.

The space
You get to use the private upstairs bedroom with shared bath during your stay and can share the community pool, jacuzzi, laundry, living room, and dining room. Shared kitchen privileges. Walking distance to Cal Arts and COC college. Only a few minutes drive to Six Flags Magic Mountain, Valencia Industrial Center, or Westfield Valencia mall and town center.

Guests can do laundry in the garage, and use community pool, living room TV, and dining room if other occupants aren’t using it. Some shared kitchen privileges. We will clear and assign you shelves in the shared refrigerator and pantry.

During your stay
I work full time weekdays but can meet in person as needed when off work, but am also available by text, phone, or email for questions. There are other occupants in the other 2 bedrooms. My mom also helps with the property management, maintenance, and checking in guests.

There are limited shared kitchen privileges as the other occupants own all of the cookware that is in the kitchen. All other shared amenities (Wifi internet, laundry, living room, dining room, HOA pool) are available.

In addition, many restaurants are within walking distance as well as a community pool, pharmacies, and Starbucks is a short walk away. We are also 40 minutes to Ventura Beach or if the lure of Hollywood is calling, we are within 35-45 min of Burbank and Hollywood.

Welcome to Paradise Tesoro where calm and peace meet fun and happiness. Paradise Tesoro is a very special place with endless views, big tall palm trees, and a beautiful blue pool. You will feel like you are in paradise. Tesoro Paradise is our guesthouse in our backyard. It is completely SEPARATE from our main house so you will have the utmost privacy during your stay.

Our guesthouse is detached and completely separate from our main house so you will enjoy complete privacy. Wake up to beautiful views and the sound of the waterfall from the pool (If you want the pool or spa heated, additional charges apply. Backyard use of any kind is solely based on permission from the host prior to use.)

The guesthouse has two queen size murphy beds so it can sleep 4 comfortably. If you only need one bed, we can put up the second bed so you can have more space inside the guest house. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you need one or two beds. (If you do not tell us, we will set up one two beds).

Our guesthouse is convinently located. The guesthouse is 10 minutes from Castaic Lake, 6 minutes from Magic Mountain, Close to shops and restaurants, 35 minutes from Burbank airport, 1 hour away from LAX, 30 minutes away from Hollywood.

POOL/JACUZZI/BACKYARD RULES/INFORMAITON:

1. Pool, and jacuzzi use with prior approval and arrangments with host only.

2. Pool/Jacuzz/ Backyard hours: 7AM-10PM.

3. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. If you would like them heated, must give minimum 1 hour notice for the jacuzzi and 3 hour notice for the pool.

4. Pool will not be heated if temperature is less than 80 degrees outside. (Please note that it may take up to one day to heat the pool).

5. Additional charges apply to heat the jacuzzi and pool. For jacuzzi $17/hr, minimum 3 hours. For pool $35/hr, minimum 5 hours. Charges start as soon as heater is turned on.

6. No food or drink in pool.

7. No peeing or any bodily waste in pool.

8. All children under age 14 must be supervised by adult.

9. Use caution around pool/jacuzzi. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use or be around pool/jacuzzi at your own risk.

10. DO NOT touch pool equipment. If you touch pool equipment, there will be a minimum fine of $150.

11. No sexual activity in pool/spa/backyard.

12. Do not move patio or backyard furniture.

13. BBQ and fire pit usage with host permission only.

14. No drugs or smoking of any kind on the property.

Breaking any of the rules above will result in you being breach of the rules, fined $150 and you will be told to leave with no refund.

We will let you enjoy your privacy. We will only interact with if you want to. Also, you can ask us anything during your stay.
