WEATHER is fabulous, mostly in the 70's even in the winter. In the summer we have warmer temperatures 80's, 90's sometimes over 95 degrees and because we are 1,300 ft. above sea level we have a cool ocean breeze most of the time. Being less than 35 min. from Southern California beaches gives us the best of both climates because we are far enough from the ocean to escape most of the fog, clouds, and crowds yet close enough to enjoy the cool breezes in the heat of summer. We rarely go over 100 degrees and have air conditioning if we do get in the higher temps.

PRIVATE DECK with a great 180 degree mountain / sunset and grove views. Sit out and relax on cushy deck furniture watch the hawks and take in the peace and tranquility surrounding you.

KITCHEN comes fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in addition to the smaller appliances ie: blender, 3 different coffee machines: a Cuisinart full pot coffee maker and bean grinder, a Keuirig 1 -cup coffee maker including K-cups, a Nespresso machine so bring your own favorite pods, hand mixer, etc. There is a LG oven/Cooktop and microwave, and a GE dishwasher together with a purified R.O. water system. The kitchen is stocked with some spices and basic condiments.

SLEEPS 4 / MASTER BEDROOM WITH KING SIZE BED/ QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER / OTHER OPTIONS - From the master bedroom there are BEAUTIFUL mountain views from the large windows installed with cellular shades and curtains for darkening. There is a California King size bed with a 3" memory foam topper, full length Mirror together with a quiet sitting area next to the window where you can curl up & read a good book. In addition, we have 2 storage areas (good for your suitcases) with plenty of room to accommodate a longer stay. QUEEN SLEEPER - SLEEPS AN ADDED 2 MORE - In the living area which has a 4" Memory Foam mattress. OTHER SLEEPING OPTIONS: We also have the option of 2 double bed size 4" high density foam pieces enclosed in sheets to place anywhere with added sheets to fit. Also a single wide Foam fold-out pad for anyone for simplicity in folding and picking up out of the way.

LIVING / ENTERTAINMENT We offer free Wifi and have frequent guests that work from here. We are set up with a flat screen T.V. with a Blu-Ray DVD player & Boze surround sound system. We have a wide variety of DVD's available together with a large variety of games for quiet nights indoors. We also offer Video Game Cables for Gamers for your use. For indoor entertainment the room is set up with a Roku Box where you can stream movies for your Netflix or Hulu and or Prime.

BATHROOM accommodates a shower over tub that is complete with safety handrails and a hand-held showerhead for convenience. We supply towels, body wash and a hair dryer. The vacation rental is also equipped with your own private washer and dryer for clothes washing.

OFFICE AREA is complete with free WIFI an office chair and a hugh granite desk with plenty of lighting, drawers and Built in filing cabinets giving you plenty of work space with free Wifi.

SPA (Private) is below the deck. Around the spa is a private full patio, seating area, and grassy area to play lawn games or just relax while barbecuing. An Umbrella is available at your request .

CLEANING- Just a note on cleaning procedures. We are very meticulous as we use a Commercial Grade Viricidal / Germicidal on all floors. We use Clorox Disinfectant Wipes on all surfaces and door-nobs. . All sheets and towels are washed in a Commercial front loader at high temps. Larger bedding pieces are washed on the highest heat setting in our commercial Speed Queen. All mattress covers are sprayed with Lysol or QD-64, a germicidal. All sofa / loveseat and dinette seats have coverlets that are washed or sprayed with Lysol between guests. We supply to our guests the following: Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, Lysol Spray, Hand Sanitizer, Anti-bacterial hand Soap.

If you want to get away from the business and the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place for you. We have the best of both worlds because the property is rural and peaceful, and yet you can get down to the city in less than 30 minutes, where you can find most anything you’ll need.

This home is on 35 peaceful acres with three man-made ponds and hiking or mountain biking through oak groves with large granite rocks. The two smaller ponds are near the house, and the largest pond can be reached by vehicle or a moderate hike. Natural stream water from the property flows into this pond via a peaceful waterfall feature. An adobe kitchen area overlooks this large pond and features a sink, small refrigerator, canopy with firepit and a propane and wood or charcoal BBQ.

The 6,250 sf Tudor home has lots of character and charm. Stunning sunset views can be viewed from the backyard most of the year. And during the day, views of the valleys and surrounding hills go on forever. Relax in the back yard around the firepit and Bar Be Que on a propane, wood or charcoal BBQ. At dust, wait for the beautiful sunsets, then after dark, take in the majesty of the star-filled skies. There’s also nothing like an evening in a rural area when there is a full moon, as it illuminates the darkness. The sound of coyotes makes for beautiful evening music.

The main floor of the house has a large kitchen with two islands, two sinks and a double oven, and a large dinning/family room with wood-burning fireplace. One full bathroom, one powder room, and a laundry room are also on the main floor.

The second floor has a large master suite with a king size bed, a jacuzzi tub and its own balcony. Two more bedrooms occupy the second floor as well as a separate dorm room with 8 twin beds. An additional balcony is located off a common hallway for all to share.

Beneath the main floor is an 1800 sf, partially subgrade, granny suite with access from the main house and its own separate entrance. The large bedroom has a king size bed and additional beds, a living/entertainment room with a wood-burning fireplace, a small kitchen, and a full bathroom. A table can be used to hand out and talk or, flip it over and play poker and then try a game of bumper pool.

Pets:
The pool area is chain link fenced all around. There is also a smooth rock path on the side of the house by family room restroom that is idea for dogs to use for potty. However, because the home is remote and on acreage, we suggest to supervise your dog while outside in case of rattlesnakes. There are two medium size dog bed cushions and dog dishes.

Because the property sits on acreage, there are security and surveillance cameras. - "We had a delightful stay at this VRBO location in Valley Center. Our hosts, Debra and Mike, thought of everything. And if there happened to be anything else one might need, they were most willing to help. Communication with them was quick and easy. The directions they gave to find the place were perfect. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The outdoor patio was enormous with a stunning view. Probably one of my favorite things about the room was the fact that the bathroom had two separate vanities with a huge amount of storage (adequate storage is something sadly missing in most hotel rooms these days). Debra clearly and patiently explained and demonstrated all of the features in the room and on the patio. There was a helpful guide for local restaurants and wineries. Our stay was very short so we undoubtedly missed many features of this property that would have been worth investigating. This was altogether a beautiful and peaceful place to get away for a while. Our hosts put the icing on the cake for our weekend by letting us share some time with their newly acquired cat family (pure heaven for me, a crazy cat lady). Thank you Debra and Mike."

Just an fyi, the master bathroom doesn’t have a door to the toilet room, so that was very inconvenient with a full house, and I wish they had more shade by the BBQ area. We had nice brunches there, but had to rearrange some furniture to fit under the shade. We had a bit of problems with the a/c, the power to part of the house and the water heater, but Sal or George were always quick to respond and fix the problems. We would definitely book this location again!"

We have a new concept for our second tiny house - a Yurt for glamping! Our gated community offers a convenient location near everything, and our guests have been loving the breathtaking views of the sunsets, stars, ocean breeze, and off-grid feeling.

It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

It feels far far away, but it's really close to everywhere. The closest store is located in the RV park and the golf resort which are about 5mins away from the community gate.

The unlit community road is well paved. Our own neighborhood only has 12 residences and some of them are farmers. Please respect our neighbors.

In less then 15 minutes, we are close to golf, hiking, restaurants, wine tasting, local breweries, biking, fishing, casinos and many more. 40 minutes to the ocean, 30 minutes to Safari Park, many many Vineyards and 15 minutes to the famous Yellow Deli!

Coffee machine and microwave are provided.
The comfortable memory foam mattress is on the loft so it involves walking up steep stairs. Remember it's a Tiny house so the bathroom is a little small and may be difficult for people over 6 feet tall.

The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse, and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.

******Remember this glamping, we are in nature and NOT in the city. While we work very hard to keep the dome clean it’s possible a bug may sneak in. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants, or even a bee). If you happen to see a bug and don’t want to take care of it yourself we are happy to remove them. Also, because we are not in the city, there is also wildlife such as coyotes, rabbits, foxes, skunks, groundhogs, squirrels, moles, and others. - "We are regular VRBO house renters and I have to say that the owner Cliff and his wife were the best hosts we’ve ever had. They made a weekend away with our horses better than we could have imagined. The directions to the property and the instructions about checking in and acquainting ourselves with the property were spot on and made it really easy for us to feel at home. The house is incredible and there are breathtaking views from every room of the house. Though it was too cold to enjoy on this trip, the backyard is huge and perfectly set up for relaxing by the pool and having a BBQ. There is beautiful landscaping everywhere you look and their pet goats were really friendly and added to the experience. The horse barn was already set up with bedding upon our arrival and the facilities are perfectly set up for an equestrian with indoor box stalls, turnouts, wash rack, cross ties and a large arena right on the property and riding around on the grounds was a delight. The neighborhood is equestrian friendly so you can ride right out the gate and down the street to some close by trails or if you want to trailer out both Daley Ranch and Hellhole Canyon are very close by and offer some spectacular riding. We really enjoyed our visit and we will definitely stay with them again in the future."

Come and enjoy a private canyon retreat for your next getaway. We are surrounded by hiking trails and are near several local wineries and casinos. We are 30 minutes from Temecula, and 45 minutes from the beach.

The space
We are a brand new property developed with privacy, tranquility, and comfort in mind. Our guest suite is entirely self-contained with a fully private entrance and patio. The shaded outdoor space is perfect for an al fresco breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. The well stocked kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven.

Our driveway appears steep, but it is actually very manageable. We drive up and down it every day in all weather and have never had a problem! There is plenty of space at the top so no need to worry about getting trapped. Parking for the guest suite is on the side of the house.

Other things to note
Valley Center is a small, rural community. We have feed stores and hardware stores, but no fancy coffee chains here. There are a couple of small local markets, but if you are a picky eater we recommend stocking up before heading "up the hill".

Our guest suite shares a wall with our garage. You may hear our garage doors in operation as well as our washer and dryer. Although we are generally pretty quiet, you may hear some sounds of our daily life (t.v., doors closing, etc).

Welcome to our cozy, clean, and peaceful cottage on a 3 acre property in Valley Center, an unincorporated area of San Diego county. We hope you will enjoy a relaxing getaway in our mild climate.

The property has a small citrus orchard, is a Certified Wildlife Habitat, and Monarch Waystation. Depending on the season you may see monarchs floating by, enjoy hummingbirds, and epic red-tailed hawks.

Valley Center is a dark-sky area and offers incredible star watching opportunities.

The space
One large bedroom with spacious closet and a queen bed. A large desk is also in the bedroom for a dedicated work-space with wi-fi.

The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeping space or utilize the air mattress stored in the walk-in closet which can be inflated in the living room for the night, creating two separate sleeping rooms.

One full bathroom with shower tub combo.

There is a wall unit ac/heat in the bedroom which controls the climate for the entire cottage.

Cottage is CLOSE in proximity to main house, which is occupied, but privacy and tranquility are ensured during your stay.

Guest access
The home will be unlocked upon arrival. It can be locked during your stay but leave unlocked when you check-out.

You may park in front of the cottage and follow the signage to the front door. The cement patio next to the cottage living room has patio furniture and a Traeger BBQ grill available for your use.

Guests are welcome to wonder the property and pick oranges in the orchard but please do so at your own risk as there is uneven ground and trip hazards.

Other things to note
Valley Center Road is known as the Highway to the Stars, as it takes travelers straight to Palomar Observatory, only 25 miles from our cottage.

Valley Center is a niche vineyard area with a number of tasting rooms within 20 minutes.

San Diego Zoo Safari Park is 13 miles. Legoland is 25 miles. Beaches are as close as 30 miles. Seaworld and San Diego International Airport are 40 miles.

There is a ring camera at the gate entrance of the property and a camera on the driveway.

Quiet hours are from 10:00-6:00, no smoking, no parties, and all guests must be listed on the reservation.

There is a very friendly bernedoodle on the property, she is inside most of the time but may come to say hello. If you are not comfortable with dogs please let us know in your booking so we can keep her out of your way.

The space
This is a tiny home on wheels. 240 ft² but a fantastic layout with a bedroom on one end with a full size bed and closet. It has a door for privacy which leads into the kitchen and then the living room that has a futon couch that folds out into a full size bed. On the opposite end is a bathroom with Good size standing shower.

Complimentary bottled water, will be waiting for you. We also have coffee, creamer and sugar supplied.

We have a large TV in living room and smaller smart TV in bedroom both wall mounted for optimal space. (ask about our stream boxes if interested in eliminating your monthly cable and TV services)

Unit has a mini split ac and heating system that does a great job and is very quiet.

Water pressure in kitchen sink is low, but bathroom and shower is good. water heater is only a 6 gallon water heater so showers cannot be very long. A 15 min wait between showers is recommended.

Everything in tiny home is electric except for stove and oven which is run off propane. We have a backup propane tank to make sure we do not run out. If it runs out just message us and we will do the swap real quick.

Tiny home has a robot vacuum if you want the place vacuumed while you are out enjoying all San Diego has to offer.

The full size deck gives a glimpse of the valley view and during some winters snow on the mountain tops.

The night skies in Valley Center are amazingly clear and a beautiful site nearly every night.

Something to be aware of, this is a dog kennel and next door is a dog kennel. There will be occasional barking. The dogs do pretty well sleeping through the night but there is a lot of excitement on the property at around 7am when they are let out for play time and around 3pm when they are getting fed. If you are the type who likes to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. If you are easily irritated by noise this might not be the place for you. The tiny home is about 30 or 40 yd away from the kennel area. I have had long term tenants and Customers stay at the tiny home and none of them have ever had an issue with noise. We provide a Bluetooth speaker for those who like to sleep to music or white noise

Also, if you don't do well in tiny spaces this may not be for you. This tiny home is 8 feet wide by 30 feet long, so it is by definition a tiny home. We have made it fairly spacious by keeping it simple and minimalistic, but know some people don't do well in small places and want people to be very aware if size.

We require ID verification right after booking. Failure to provide ID will mean you surrender your booking fees and we won't be able to accommodate your stay.

Tiny home is fully private for the guest and has its own yard. We do not allow guests to tour the property outside of the private yard without staff chaperone for liability reasons

Other things to note
The tiny home is 2 sliding doors, but none lock with keys, they both lock from inside. No need to worry as we are in a very safe area. We are a stone throw away from the sheriff's department and the entire property has surveillance (no cameras in tiny home or facing its windows and/or doors.)

If you are sensitive to noise then a kennel facility might not be a great fit. although, we have never had a complaint about the dogs or noise.

Also, if you don't do well in tight spaces, this may not be a good fit for you. At 240sq ft this place is defined as a tiny home. It is 8 feet wide and 30 feet long.

Also, we are conveniently located near Horizen fuel center which is the cheapest gas in So Cal. Usually gas prices are .50 cents to a dollar cheaper on avg, so fill up there as often as possible.

For EV vehicles, we can accommodate occasional charging as we have a Tesla wall charger on property. (Please request in advance)

We cover basic cleaning and decontamination which includes trash removal and laundry service. We ask that you give the place back as close to the way as you received it and please do not leave dishes in sink.

Upon request in advance wr have available a mini bullet blender to make individual drinks. We also have a fan upon request. Due to space we do not leave the fan in tiny home unless requested. Also our ev charger is available upon request.

Also provided on tip of dishes and cups, we have provided paper plates and plastic cups for those who don't want to do dishes.

fair warning, counter tops are abnormally tall, under the kitchen sink is a step stool for those who need a little extra height.

we also have 2 folding trays for eating or setting laptop on to make a workspace.

We often get asked about discounts, unfortunately we are at our lowest price point. It's quite expensive to get cleaning services and maintenance where we are located. The 2 local casinos are over $250 a night on average and are not nearly as private and definitely no puppy playtime.

The space
A quiet rural setting but close to San Diego attractions, the beach and Temecula wine country.

The property is gated but must be opened and closed manually. The house has it's own driveway, bbq grill and fenced backyard. Other than the front gateway there are no shared spaces.

Other things to note
Because of limited storage space we have assembled a few totes that can be checked out for use during your stay. The beach tote includes beach towels, sunscreen, cooler, snorkel gear, rechargeable music source, a beach chair and umbrella. A bbq tote has some dish covers, some plastic ware and a table umbrella.

Slow it down and spend some much needed time in the wilderness. We take glamping to the next level with our newly renovated trailer located on 4 acres of open space. Turn those electronics off cause you’ll have private access to a bbq and corn hole area and your own patio for those cold nights by the fire! Or, spend it relaxing under the stars in a hammock. The options are endless!

THE SUITE
Enter your elegant space via private entrance in the patio alcove. The peaceful suite is appointed with plantation shuttered windows, a comfy leather love chair with ottoman to snuggle near the wood burning fireplace and television.

Enjoy your favorite streaming shows on a ROKU HD TV (using your own passwords and codes for Netflix, Hulu, etc.), or dive into our extensive library. Adjustable table-for-two, is perfect for a morning cup of coffee, sharing a meal, reading the paper or using as a desk.

Glassware, plates, utensils, place mats and linens are available for dining inside or out. Wardrobe for hanging clothes and plush cotton robes are provided.

LARGE WALK-IN CLOSET
Plenty of room for hanging clothes, storing luggage. You will find plush cotton robes for your use, extra linens and towels, etc.
Games and puzzles are also stored here.

KITCHEN ON THE PATIO
Our expansive patio includes guests kitchen area with Stainless Gas Grill, Pizza Oven/Griddle, Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, grilling baskets and supplies. Single electric burner for quick meals, along with pans, cooking utensils, herbs and seasonings. Compact Refrigerator, stainless sink. For your convenience, we sanitize your dishes in the main house dishwasher. Sink and grill are occasionally shared by owner.

PATIOS
Most areas on the patios include beautiful mountain / valley views including the built-in kitchen. There are multiple seating areas for dining or relaxing.

Recline with a cool beverage or warm cup of tea beneath the pepper trees or snuggle in the comfy alcove sitting area just outside the suite. Many of our guests use the patio for work or relaxing with their laptop. Enjoy your meals with a view from various outdoor dining tables or dine in the suite.

Play a game of pool on the regulation pool table or simply take in the magnificent views enjoying a glass of wine. Magic Time 'Purple Mountains Majesty' tends to show-up regularly near sunset.

THE PROPERTY
Outdoors you'll find a quiet 5000 sf fenced seasonal garden perfect for Earthing or enjoying the solitude and spectacular views.

Take in the stunning rural landscape with a morning or evening walk on the country road just outside the gate. The viewing bench on the uppermost side of the property is perfect for resting after a brisk walk or taking in the breathtaking views overlooking the entire property with the valley and mountains beyond.

The garden is located on the northern end of the property, down a few steps from the main patio areas. Guests are welcome to make themselves at home.

Though we generally do not have fences we request guests respect the privacy and property of our neighbors and use paved, shared roads to move around in the neighborhood.

We are located 30 minutes from San Diego Safari Park, 42 minutes to Legoland, 40 mins to Oceanside Pier, Harbor or Beach, 30 mins to Old Town Temecula and just 15 mins to Valley View Casino. There are many fine restaurants less than 10 mins away. We are an hour and a half from Disneyland and 50 mins from Gaslamp in downtown San Diego.

You have private access to the entire suite! You may also explore our 3 acres and visit our chickens and see horses, goats and donkeys nearby.

We moved to the country to unplug from the city and have never felt better! Most guests say they have cell reception and we do provide internet through ethernet connection. We are both in the health field (Chiropractor and R.N.) and guests are saying they are sleeping better and feel the earth's energy out here in the country. We encourage you to give it a try!

The Airstream's indoor amenities include a refrigerator with freezer, gas stove top, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, a sizable closet, separate toilet and shower, select toiletries, sheets, towels, blankets and beach towels to lay out with.

The bedroom has a queen size bed. Both the bedroom and living area have a T.V and are equipped with streaming services such as Netflix, amazon and HBO.

You'll have private access to the airstream, deck, BBQ, fire pit, jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
No firewood. We supply propane for fire pit and BBQ.
Absolutely NO candles burning inside or outside the airstream.

Unique, tranquil 3 in one getaway: a ryokan, island vibe, farm stay!

Asian inspired guest suite of our home. It has its own separate driveway, separate entrance and parking lot for 2 cars. You will have your own separate patio: soft cushioned glider, own table with umbrella!

Japan guest houses (ryokan) was an inspiration to create this beautiful and tranquil guest suite mixed with tropical island vibe.

It’s also farm stay: we grow exotic varied fruits depending on the season!

The space
Your guest suite has a private exterior access to your unit. It has a separate driveway,
separate parking spaces for two cars, private entrance, and separate from the owners spaces. Guest Suite includes a total of 546 sq. Ft. It consists of one large bedroom, separate living room area that has a sofa bed that could sleep one more guest. It has its own kitchen, with all new sink, quartz counter top, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave oven, washer and dryer.

A bathroom with double sinks, bathtub with shower, and the toilet area is separate from the sinks. It’s also a jack and jill bathroom where you’ll have direct access from the bedroom and living room area.

Other things to note
You can be as private if you wish where we don’t interact with you or you could come and chat with us and or join us in our daily activities: Our property has 14 acres in total. However, we only use about 5 acres. The rest of the acreages are left in its natural, untouched state. California native chaparral: toyon, manzanitas, majestic oak trees. Yes, we also have a grove of native, rare Engelmann Oak trees.

One of the activities I would like to explore is to share with our guests how to make a kokedama. A Japanese art form where the root ball of a plant is wrapped in moss and can be displayed in air or placed on a bowl or a vessel to be displayed as a decorative centerpiece. Or we could plant bonsai using our various succulents already planted on our property.

During the summer, our plumerias are in full flowering state. We could show you how to make the sweet scented plumeria flowers into leis or a simple corsage for you to take home.

Simply pay for the materials and you will have something beautiful to take home.

This is a guest house with a private entrance shared with an Airstream on a 3 acre property. Although we live on the property the home itself is very private. We are in Valley Center just a short 15 minutes away from San Diego zoo safari park, also close to popular casinos; Valley View, Harra's resort and Pala. There are a few vineyards only minutes away such as Hill Top Winery, Pauma Vista and Temecula vineyards only 30 minutes away.

Pets are permitted but no cats please.

The space
The First bedroom is a large space with a queen bed, a backdoor in the room to access the back of the house and enjoy a bit of sunshine. The second bedroom is smaller with a queen bed. All rooms are equipped with mini split air system cool/heat.

Guest access
You will also be able to enjoy a pergola with an outdoor dining area as well as a front court yard with access to the parking spaces. You are also welcome to the orange grove and pick some sweet valencia oranges and enjoy fresh squeezed orange juice or mimosa's. ( BYOB ;) )

Other things to note
We have two very friendly pups on the property, please keep the gates closed during your stay. If you are traveling with your pets, please make sure your dog is on a leash when exploring the property. Also, be aware that there might be people working on the airstream situated in the orange grove :).

Come get away from the hustle and bustle, connect with nature, breathe fresh air and relax. Buena Terra Lavender Farm is a short drive from many Southern California locations, but you'll feel like you're a world away.

The space
The Moonrise Guest Cottage is two stories and almost 1,000 square feet. It is located on the far east end of the farm and is separate from the main residence with its own driveway and private deck, complete with an outdoor soaking tub, dining table, chaise lounge and sitting area. The cottage has a queen sized sofa bed downstairs, a queen bed and a full sized sofa upstairs. There is a kitchenette with a two burner induction cooktop, large toaster oven (large enough to accommodate a frozen pizza or a sheet of cookies), a microwave, coffee pot (will brew either a Keurig or full pot), electric griddle, water boiler and apartment sized fridge. There is no WiFi, allowing for the ultimate in relaxation; disconnect from technology and reconnect with yourself, nature or your loved one.

The cottage is located at Rocas Retreat, on 15 lush acres of rolling green hills with miles of hiking and walking trails all around the property and area. Since we are in nature, guests will be able to see all of the wildlife native to the area. This includes listening to the coyotes singing at night, seeing a hawk soar, the frogs, and many other native land residents, out here.

NOTE: INTERNET ACCESS: Since the Cottage is in a semi-rural area, internet service is limited to cell service and satellite. We offer access to the internet outside of the main house on the property with a cozy seating area if you need internet access. Since it is satellite internet service, your own cell service may be a better option for streaming or online calls. We offer premium DirecTV service on the TV in the Cottage that includes all of the premium movie channels.

Welcome to Bird Rock View.The property sits on 16+ acres filled with citrus trees such as Oranges, Lemons pomegranates you can pick and enjoy when in season. There is a wraparound porch that leads to the pool deck where you can BBQ on the charcoal grill, hang out on the picnic table or be swimming in the pool all while soaking in the breathtaking views. The home is spacious, serene and has all your basic home necessities that is home away from home.

The rooms are clean, simple and comfortable. Each room has a closet with hangers, luggage racks and scenic views. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, sliding door that leads to the wrap around patio overlooking the scenic views and a full size bathroom.

Gatherings : if you plan to have a gathering that exceed 10 people an additional $350 fee will be requested for payment through the Airbnb platform form . The fee will go towards the extra trash pick up and cleaning services . If you have any questions please feel to reach

There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches.

Guest access
You get an entire 5-bedroom home with a private entrance and Patio. You have access to the entire 40-acre compound. You are free to walk the entire property and explore but do NOT go into or around any other houses on the ranch. Each house is used by different guests at any given time.

Pickleball courts are shared with all the properties on the ranch. Please be courteous and let everyone have a chance.

Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

Welcome to Mother Nature's Getaway enjoy the peaceful vibes this rural location offers while breathing in clean country air! This house comfortably sleeps 6-8 people with 3 large bedrooms, a loft with a working desk and day bed. Every room is equipped with a smart TV.
We offer you a large driveway and a huge gated backyard with solar heated Pool & Spa, Private laundry room, fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, a separate Bar room , fast Wi-Fi, Heating and AC and more!

The space
With incredible Mountain views, this property promises tranquility and promotes relaxation for you and your loved ones. Here in the country you will be surrounded by Mother Natures treasures. Observe the Hawks and Eagles flying high in the sky or enjoy your morning coffee with a visit from our mourning doves. We have the most magical sky’s at night for stargazers; especially during a full moon!
Enjoy the beautiful backyard and have fun splashing in the huge pool! The pool is solar heating only, expect the water temperature to be cool in the winter months.
Hot tub in a private area close to the entrance is always set at 104 degrees.
You are in a rural area which means you will also hear coyotes at night and see a lizard here and there. We do our best to keep bugs and insects away. Please be conscious of the doors being closed at all times to keep bugs out.
We offer indoor and outdoor dining with plenty of seating options to choose from. Indoor oven and stove or outdoor BBQ, you decide.
You will find stains on the tiles especially near the baseboards; prior owners had carpet we removed, unfortunately some stains remained. I promise it is not dirty.
If you want a night off of cooking you can order authentic Italian food from Momma up the street and we will deliver it to your door. A menu will be provided for you upon check in.

I’d be happy to accommodate an early check-in/late check-out if the schedule allows. We do charge a small fee of $20 per hour for this, as it requires adjustments to our cleaning and preparation schedule.

Entire Backyard Pool area is yours to enjoy !
Loft/Office: Dedicated work space with a desk, chair provided, TV and comfortable day bed sofa which turns into a bed for additional guests.
Laundry Room: separate space just for laundry/ we do not provide laundry soap please bring your own if you plan to do laundry

Other things to note
When you leave the house please turn things off.
Due to our high fire zone we do not permit open flames on our property. No natural fires and no candles indoor or outdoor.
No glass outdoors especially by the pool area. Plastic glasses will be provided for you.
Our Pool guy comes in for maintenance every Tuesday morning for a few minutes; he’s in and out.
8 guests fit comfortably. We max out at 10 guests with an extra fee of $80/per guest /per night.
We are a close drive to the Casinos, vineyards in the area and beautiful trails. I have put together a guidebook for suggestions in the area.
