With his creations utilizing a lot of electricity, the rooms were humid, but he does provide fans. I like it cooler so it was a little difficult to sleep, but personal preference. He also puts clean towels, toiletries, & snacks in each room. Providing the following info for a more informed stay: If you have arachnophobia, this may not be the place for you. There were quite a few webs & daddy long legs about as well as fruit flies. Nothing too intense. A little dusty. It can be difficult to dust through everything. If you use ambulatory aids, such as wheelchairs or walkers, this may not be the place for you. It seems busy & a little cluttered but he does provide a zen room that is more undersated. It is an older house & very much lived in, shared spaces with the owner (kitchen, bathroom). The outdoor coverage with the curtains allowed for nice, dark rooms, even when the sun is out. The living room was converted to another type of 'bedroom.' A bonus for a larger party, a minus if you're wanting to just chill in the living room without having to stare at people that might be utilizing the beds. Although we ended up not needing to, he said going in & out from the property would not be a problem. Parking on property was a definite plus. My family lives in LA so I was able to leave my car on property while I rode with them. "

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

You enter to a bright comfortable living room with floor to ceiling picture windows looking out to a greenery-enclosed front yard. The living room has a big soft comfortable couch, white stone fireplace next to a 55 in TV with Sono speaker surround sound throughout the living room. Formal dining room, 2 bedrooms with kingsize and queenside beds. The couch and a blow up mattress are the other sleeping areas. Full kitchen that was actually featured on HGTV's "Over Your Head" (A show from years ago) that installed a farm sink, cement counter tops and Stainless Steel Subway Tiles.
But the pride of the house is... (Of course after the surround sound in the living room) is... our latest remodeled white marble and tiled bathroom with big deep soaking bath tub and bidet.

The only communal area would be the driveway as it provides walking access for the back units. While guests of this listing enjoy use of both the pedestrian gate door and the larger gate for their cars, the back 2 units have access to the Pedestrian gate only and can only park on the street outside the gate.
Getting around is very easy as the property is close to all major roads and freeways such as the 101 and the 405. If needed there is public transportation close by on both Burbank blvd and Van Nuys Blvd and plenty of parking in the enormous driveway plus plenty of street parking.

- "The place was clean and safe. Very comfortable bed and good quality towels. Bathroom was nice. My complaint is that it didn’t look as comfortable as it did on the picture. The big area rug was missing, there was no coffee table, and there was one lamp in the place, which was over by the couch with nowhere to plug it in. I had to move the heavy lamp, with an injured hand, over to the other side of the bed. The booklet in the house said that the place was full of books, but there was only one. There was no kitchen sink, but we were expected to wash the dishes, which was not easy in the small bathroom sink. There was a very small freezer so I couldn’t get my premade dinners, which was a problem, since there was no stove top to cook on. I didn’t realize that this place did not have a kitchenette. And the kitchen was lacking in that there were absolutely no bowls, and only one coffee cup and one wine glass. What do two people do? I had to eat my cereal in the coffee cup, and then wash the coffee cup, so that I could have my coffee. So I was unable to drink my coffee while I was eating my cereal.It felt barren and a bit like a jail cell. I will say the bed was very comfortable though.I would’ve given five stars if there was just a little bit more nice touches in the place. Everything felt very cheap. I will say also that Mike and Julie were very communicative and very nice. You can’t go wrong staying here, but don’t expect luxury. The price reflected that."

Our home is newly remodeled home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower) as well as another one of the bedrooms. Backyard with a pool (gated) and a covered patio and grass area. The Home provides absolute oasis for families looking for a relaxing vacation in California. The home is located 1 minute walk from a large family park with activities for the kids and provides a lot of space for pets to run and/ or exercising, truly an enjoyable neighborhood.

The pool is not heated, there is an additional of $125/day for heating the pool with a minimum of 2 nights.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the highly desired Valley Glen Neighborhood which surrounds one of the best parks. Many love using the walking path with their partners, dogs, or children as well as the gated playground. (1 Min walk from Home). Home is close to shopping like Noho west and easy freeway access. Lots of great restaurants 5-10 minutes away in all directions including top restaurants along Ventura Blvd. 15 minutes to Hollywood and Universal Studios, 20 min to West Hollywood, 30 min to Santa Monica Pier and the Grove.

This home is in a safe quiet neighborhood area while still being minutes away from all you need.

Getting Around:
Best way to get around is car or uber. There is public transportation 7 minute walk from here. The parking in our area is extremely easy. We have 2 side by side spots in the driveway and street parking is free and easy to find. You can walk to some restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks (12 min walk), Walgreens (8 min) CVS(10 min), 7 nail salon (7min).

The main door you see in the photos opens to a spacious elegant hallway that leads to 3 private/locked rooms, a beautifully remodeled shared bathroom with travertine tile design and a shared mini/closet kitchenette ( top of the line mini fridge+freezer, counter space and microwave)

The room is charming, luminous, modern looking, newly painted and refurnished.

Stay in our Cabin Style room with a hint of rustic charm. Room has Queen size bed with Tempurpedic mattress, & Private Bathroom. Close to Freeway, short distance to NoHo Arts District, the Metro, Universal City & close to great Hollywood landmarks.
