Guests have the entire 3 bedroom/1 bathroom condo to themselves. This includes a private entrance into the condo once the guests enter through a shared main gate and main building door. The backyard is a shared space. No garage access. The condo has its own HVAC/ventilation system.

Host will provide guests with the location of a key lockbox to gain entry into a shared gate and a personalized digital code for entry into the building and condo. Please leave gate key back in the key lock box at the conclusion of your stay.

This is a shared building with residents who live on the floor below. Some sounds will travel due to the close proximity of residents and vrbo guests. Please be mindful.

Please note the condo is on the on the second floor. Care should be taken when ascending and descending as the stairs are steep!
