Come Enjoy Chicago's best rental property. We really have it all and we are in a perfect location, you won't have more fun anywhere in the city! Our building offers a stately layout with all the modern upgrades.
We have a 2 huge living rooms with a flat screen TVs and comfy brand new couches. Either of the two formal dining rooms are perfect for large gatherings, the expandable dining tables can seat up to 12 comfortably for large dinner parties. The brand new large chefs kitchens are perfect for cooking up that big dinner, or for hanging out at the breakfast bar. 3 Bedrooms, a work desk (hopefully you don't need to use it) and a renovated bathroom round out the first level. The downstairs is where the real fun can be found. We have a huge, wide open rec room with an 8ft Pool table, a card table, a sitting area and a bar with 6 stools with a fridge. You'll never want to leave!! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this level too. The top floor offers 4 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms, another dining room, another kitchen, amazing views and a balcony. The outside features an expansive private patio with a table for 6 and a grill. You can sit and watch as the city life goes by while you relax and enjoy a cocktail. All this, and we are in the best location in Chicago, 1 block to Wrigley field, 3 blocks to the Redline 'El' train, 2 blocks to the Southport Neighborhood and 3 blocks to all of Lakeview / Boystown / Halsted. With over 100 restaurants and 80 bars within half a mile, you will need to come back year after year to see just that. Come check out all of the festivals, shows at Metro, Cubs games all summer, Pride Weekend, and the general fun that is this vibrant part of the city.

The rooms worked out really well so that we put the kids down to bed and still had room for the adults to talk, catch up and have a few cocktails in the basement or on the wonderful patio without bothering them. The owner, Steve allowed us to arrive early and drop off our luggage while the cleaning crew was finishing up- they were great to deal with and Claudia (head cleaning person) was super proffessional and even gave us her cell number. The location was great with tons of restaurants to walk to, A nice park up the street, a large super market a few blocks away and a convenient store across the street - not to mention a nice brewery!!! We enjoyed spending time with our kids and grandkids in a clean safe place. It took a lot of planning to put the trip together, but Steve helped us, and all the planning really paid off. If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking.

If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.
5.) Please be respectful of our neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.
7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. Wrigleyville Suites are great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Experience the comfortable and casual vibe, just minutes away from local restaurants, downtown, public transit (both bus and train), Divvy Bike Stations, and Cubs Stadium.
Room 3 is a private room with a queen bed and shared bathroom for up to 2 guests. It is one of our largest and brightest room.
Cozy vintage style home located in wrigleyville neighborhood. Spacious bedroom. Mostly quiet and unoccupied communal areas (living and dining area). Rooms are comfortable and shared bathrooms are located right outside your room.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $150 late check-out penalty.
4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.
5.) Please be respectful of our neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.
7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.
9.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
10.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. - "I would like to say that I was highly disappointed with the customer service, after already having the room booked for over a week I was contacted an hr and a half after check in on the day I was suppose to be there with additional requirements including a $200 fee (Hopefully I get that back) check in was at 3pm I wasnt able to get into my room till 6pm and I had a concert to attend at 8pm this rush caused more stress then it was worth but yes make sure the now $500 room is really worth it because there is hidden fees"

My place is close to Wrigley Field, the Metro, Smart Bar, Uncommon Ground, Lakeview, Wrigleyville. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy beds and how ridiculously close to Wrigley Field you are. It is also right across the street from the Metro too! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Our family is ready to host you!!

The Wrigleyville VIP sits just behind the Hotel Zachary, on the tree-lined street of Racine, just 200 steps from the new Gallagher Way entrance to Wrigley Field. Easy Transportation- L the Red line 2 blocks, Brown line 3 Blocks. Cab's on street. Easy to take the train from O'Hare or Midway Airports.
*Need parking? Neighborhood parking passes included. Street parking is easy at this location with the exception being 2 hours before and after games/events at Wrigley. If you will be visiting during a Cubs home stand or other Wrigley Field event and would like a reserved parking spot please let us know in advance. We do have access to a limited amount of discounted reserved parking spotsfor our guests.
**Larger groups please contact us for availability of adding the unit below this one (The Wrigleyville Garden; VRBO 1705855). Combine both units to sleep up to a total 12. The Garden unit features an additional 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 day bed and plenty of floor space and air mattresses for the kiddos. Plus it own full separate kitchen. Experience the Windy City the VIP way! All the city has to offer is just outside your door. Head to Clark Street and explore all that is Wrigleyville. Head West a couple blocks and explore the Southport Corridor for a more local feel. Walk to coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, bars, pubs, patio restaurants, parks, splash parks, ice skating in the winter, movies, theatre, bowling, groceries, local shopping, high end retail, and much, much more.
-Visit Lake Shore Drive and walk the Lincoln Park Zoo- greatest Free Zoo in the Country.
-Go to the Beach.
-Go to a local street festival.
-Take the kids to one of many neighborhood parks
-Hit the splash park at Gallagher way.

Located on a peaceful side street of Wrigleyville, this private duplexed apartment is a unique blend of family friendly comfort and central location. Only a 5 minute walk to Wrigley Field and 2 blocks from shopping and dining at Southport Corridor. Lovely home with classic Chicago charm.
- "Group of five friends… bedrooms for each (that is a rarity)… in a beautiful Chicago neighborhood setting perfectly positioned between Wrigley Field and the Southport corridor… easy access both the Red and Brown line public transport. Beautiful gray stone building. Best way to experience Chicago" - "This was the perfect property for our family of 6 - the Cubs stadium is three blocks away and the Addison train stop is like 4 blocks away. There is a Jewel Osco grocery store three blocks in the other direction. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and even if you aren’t going to a game, walking around during a home game is a cool experience. The area felt safe to walk back after the night games. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, plenty of bath towels and hand towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked - the house had everything we needed which was fantastic if you’re flying into Chicago. The only cons are that there was only one TV in the living room (that’s just a personal preference). The bedrooms downstairs were great (there’s room for 7 down there) but they got really cold at night. The kids wore pants and there were plenty of blankets, so they were fine. The check in and check out was very easy! The communication from the owner was great too! We would totally stay there again- literally one of the best properties we’ve stay in!!"

We would rent again as it was perfect for a Cubs friends and family celebration." - "Everything about this house is awesome!
