Come Enjoy Chicago's best rental property. We really have it all and we are in a perfect location, you won't have more fun anywhere in the city! Our building offers a stately layout with all the modern upgrades.

We have a 2 huge living rooms with a flat screen TVs and comfy brand new couches. Either of the two formal dining rooms are perfect for large gatherings, the expandable dining tables can seat up to 12 comfortably for large dinner parties. The brand new large chefs kitchens are perfect for cooking up that big dinner, or for hanging out at the breakfast bar. 3 Bedrooms, a work desk (hopefully you don't need to use it) and a renovated bathroom round out the first level. The downstairs is where the real fun can be found. We have a huge, wide open rec room with an 8ft Pool table, a card table, a sitting area and a bar with 6 stools with a fridge. You'll never want to leave!! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this level too. The top floor offers 4 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms, another dining room, another kitchen, amazing views and a balcony. The outside features an expansive private patio with a table for 6 and a grill. You can sit and watch as the city life goes by while you relax and enjoy a cocktail. All this, and we are in the best location in Chicago, 1 block to Wrigley field, 3 blocks to the Redline 'El' train, 2 blocks to the Southport Neighborhood and 3 blocks to all of Lakeview / Boystown / Halsted. With over 100 restaurants and 80 bars within half a mile, you will need to come back year after year to see just that. Come check out all of the festivals, shows at Metro, Cubs games all summer, Pride Weekend, and the general fun that is this vibrant part of the city.

Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $250 per unauthorized guest/night. Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of cameras will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of our neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. 7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. Beautiful gray stone building. Best way to experience Chicago" - "This was the perfect property for our family of 6 - the Cubs stadium is three blocks away and the Addison train stop is like 4 blocks away. There is a Jewel Osco grocery store three blocks in the other direction. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and even if you aren’t going to a game, walking around during a home game is a cool experience. The area felt safe to walk back after the night games. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, plenty of bath towels and hand towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked - the house had everything we needed which was fantastic if you’re flying into Chicago. The only cons are that there was only one TV in the living room (that’s just a personal preference). The bedrooms downstairs were great (there’s room for 7 down there) but they got really cold at night. The kids wore pants and there were plenty of blankets, so they were fine. The check in and check out was very easy! The communication from the owner was great too! We would totally stay there again- literally one of the best properties we’ve stay in!!"

The space
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen mattresses, luxurious white sheets and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is gorgeous with new double-sinks, under-cabinet lighting and a massive spa-like shower. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!

Guest access
Please be advised there is no common area or living room in the space. However your unit is separate from the above units, with your own private, self-check-in entrance - so you can come and go as you please!

Other things to note
The entrance to the unit is in the rear of the building, through the back door. To get there, you pass through a breezeway at the right side of the building. There are a few stairs down to get into the unit, but once you are inside, there aren't any stairs and the shower is a walk-in. You'll never have to worry about losing a key because the unit is accessed with a key code lock!

There is free parking in front of the house (first-come, first-serve), however, you can't park there after 6 pm. I am happy to offer you parking passes for after 6pm each day, just please ask in advance! I'll usually leave some in the unit, but just in case. Using the App Spot Hero will show you where to find the closest overnight parking at the lowest rate. It is also easy to hail an Uber/Lyft from the unit, as they are always nearby in the neighborhood and it is a short drive into downtown.

We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Accesible public transportation 24/7 (Addison red line just 7 min walking) and just 16 min by car / 23 min by Public transportation to Downtown Chicago. This is a share apartment with other people, so is NOT a good option if:

1-You are a light sleeper or sensitive to noises: as you’ll hear everything, even when someone flush the toilet as Chicago houses are not make with concrete. The neighborhood is also noisy. We recommend to bring earplugs.

2-If you are meticulously with cleaning: as even though we clean the place you can expect that other guests you share with could be not as clean as you wish and even though once a day the cleaner cleans if they already left and someone leave something dirty it’s going to remain like that until next day.

3- if you don’t tolerate smells: as you can expect cigarette smell, marihuana smell, strong food smell, body odor smell, animal smell, humidity smell but also you can expect stinky specially after someone use a bathroom and any other kind of smell even in your bedroom because as we have central heat / AC any smell will circulate from the whole house. The space
You will have a full size bed, a twin bed and a futon and just if you ate 5 guests we will add for free an extra twin flor mattress in a private bedroom with a share bathroom. The décor is 100% baseball inspired. It shares the vibe of Wrigley Field, but with a super chic upgrade. Also included are beautiful wood counters replicating the benches in the dugouts; & gloves and base balls around the abode. We in Chicago LOVE our baseball and this space is our way of sharing that love with our fellow fanatics! You'll have the entire unit to yourself/group! The patio space in the rear of the building is a shared space. If there is no event at Wrigley Field, your reservation will included 2 private parking spaces! Ask how to get access to a rooftop patio with incredible views of Wrigley Field and Downtown Chicago!

Please DO NOT walk up the back staircase outside of your unit. There is nothing up the stairs that is included in your rental access. Other tenants live in the building and those are their units.

Other things to note
Please, take care of my personal things and be courteous!

Clean up after yourself. (dishes, bath towels etc.) Leave the place as clean as you found it. (Or you may pay an additional fee for maid services. Any extensive cleaning exceeding your $150 initial cleaning fee will be charged through your deposit agreement.)

Any puke or human excrement of any kind that is found on the property (inside or outside) will result in an immediate forfeiture of your entire deposit!!

No pets. No smoking. No additional guests outside of those accounted for within your reservation. An additional fee per head/per day or night will accumulate for any guests in excess of 10. This fee per head/per day or night will accumulate rather guests are spending the night or not!

No open parties! (All parties must be approved prior to booking.) All guests must be accounted for within your reservation. Any guest in addition to the initially allowed 10 will accumulate a $50 per head fee as outlined above.

ALL PARTIES OR GROUPS WITH AN EXCESS OF 10 PEOPLE NEED TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION! (This includes temporary visitors.)

Any guest that is found giving access to the property to anyone outside of the number of guests accounted for within their reservation will result in an immediate forfeiture of your entire deposit! If the accumulated fees are in excess of your deposit, the full value of the accumulated fees will be pursued.

Any damage done to anything inside the condo or to the actual unit itself by your party will be charged to your party through your deposit agreement. Any damages done beyond the allotted $500 in your deposit agreement will be pursued civilly.

On-site parking during Chicago Cubs game days or events at Wrigley Field will be an additional fee. (Please make sure you make yourself aware of any potential happenings at Wrigley Field prior to booking if you are in need of parking.) (2 parking spaces are included in your reservation on non-event dates.)

If your stay is during a time when their is an event or game at Wrigley Field, you must remove your car from the parking lot or pay the parking fee for the event. (Typically the parking fee is between $40-$100 per car/space, per game/event.)

Paper towels are NOT provided. If you bring your own, please do NOT flush them down the toilet.

If you would like to utilize the top floor balcony next door, you will need to reserve your time as 4 other units have the ability to do so. For extended time, an additional fee will apply.

Our home was built in 1896 and has all the charm of an old-school Chicago city house (which means it's really tall and narrow with very high ceilings!). The apartment has one large bedroom comfortably fitting a queen bed and 2 twin trundle beds, and a large walk in closet and safe/locked cabinet to store luggage and valuables. The bedroom sleeping arrangements are perfect for a family of four, 2 kids on the trundles and 2 adults in the queen bed. There is additional sleeping for 2 more adults or kids on the queen fold out couch in the living room. One primary bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk in steam shower is near the bedroom. A second half bathroom/powder room located just off the living/dining room. The chef's kitchen is very large and fully stocked with all baking/cooking accoutrement you might need, with an adjacent bar and dining area overlooking the family/sitting room with gas fireplace.

The entire 1st floor apartment is available for your use. No access is permitted to the back stairway and back garden. Entry/exit is via the front door only.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a busy family home with young children. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. However, you are welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking areas. Violations will result in a $500 fine.

🎉❌ No Parties or Events: Hosting parties or allowing overnight stays by unregistered guests is prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate cancellation and fines of up to $750.

🌙🤫 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If there are three verified complaints from neighbors, a $300 fine will be applied.

Check-In & Check-Out
🕓 Check-In: Starts at 4:00 PM. Early check-in requests before 2:00 PM may incur a $25 rush cleaning fee, subject to approval.

🕚 Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests require approval; a full-night charge may apply without it.

Report Damage
⚠️ Damage: Please report any cleaning concerns, damages, or issues within the first day of your stay. Failure to report issues promptly may limit our ability to resolve them and could result in fees if damage is later found.

Keys & Fines
🔑 Lockouts or Lost Keys: Losing keys or being locked out will result in a $200 fine as we will need to hire a locksmith and pay the rekeying fees.

The unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors the noise inside the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and the number of Bluetooth devices walking through the door.

This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit and ensure we respect the neighbors. This is not a recording device.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for our guests and our property.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie, ID check, and safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.

We are located so close to the action that you will receive special directions 24 hours prior to check-in. Please contact your host if we have not contacted you in time or if you have further questions. You will need a special permit to park. We will provide you with 1 permit per night of your reservation. PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS ON THE PASS BEFORE YOUR PLACE THEM IN YOUR VEHICLE. For additional parking, you will need a paid off-street parking space, which is available upon special request. Please let us know in advance if you need more than 1 parking space.

One of a kind absolutely gorgeous 5 bed 2.5 bath duplex down condo inside of an amazingly well-appointed greystone building steps from Wrigley Field. Exposed brick in the living area, incredible kitchen with dual fridges, huge island, and top of the line cabinets/countertops.

The space
The main floor features an open floor plan which combines the kitchen with the main floor living space. The kitchen boasts a 12' seated island and both a traditional 36" fridge and a full sized glass door beverage center, built for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials one would need to cook a gourmet meal with friends, bake cookies with the kids or entertain with wine and cocktail glasses and a blender for your tropical drinks. The combined dining and living room space features an expandable dining room table that will fit up to 8 people, tall ceilings and huge windows to flood the space with natural light. The main floor also features 2 large bedrooms and a shared on suite full bathroom. There is also a guest half bathroom and an enclosed rear sun porch with seating for up to 6, including a fold flat couch and a great place to visit with your fellow guests. The lower level features polished floors and a bar with a built in beverage center. The lower level also features another entertainment living space with an old school nintendo, bimini ring/hook game and a stand up miss pacman arcade game. Three queen sized bedrooms and a full bathroom round out the lower level space. Finally, there is a nice sized paver stone patio at the rear of the property with a picnic table for outside enjoyment.

We can often accommodate an early check-in time. But we are unable to confirm this until three days prior to your arrival once we know that other guests will not be checking out the same day. In any case, we can allow luggage drop off after 12 pm.
