- "Rooms were pathetic with dirty blankets and toilet flush not working, no proper body wash and body soap. Also toilets were smelling like public toilets, you would not like to stand for more than a minute. So I fought with them to give me another room and cleanliness wise it turned out to be the same… And so I thought this would be it how bad can it get and within few minutes electricity went away and they told me that they are turning on the generator… And after I went away and came back at night there was no watchman and door of property was open. Also office was closed (there was no reception), and I needed a room for my driver, so I called the property manager and waited for 10 mins before someone came and accomodated my driver in any room. I didnt stayed longer to check, just checked out and cancelled my booking and moved to another hotel the next day."

Our beautiful and comfortable house is a perfect place for winding down after a hectic year. With a beautiful attached garden, you can relax in the evenings. The house is centrally located with banks, market and public transport just a block away. It can house a family of 6 comfortably.

Since it is very hot in Gujarat in Summers, We shall be providing Air Cooler.

The space
It is a perfect choice for NRI's coming to India to spend a couple of months with family. The house with its attached garden is spacious enough to handle a large gathering of 25 - 30 people. The house is comfortably furnished and has gas pipeline and good new furniture as well as fully furnished kitchen with Refridgerator, utensils and cutlery.

It is our dream retirement home. So please maintain it well. The guests are welcome to use the entire house and garden.

During your stay
I'll try to be available to greet you. Since I live 60 kms away, hence if I am not able to be there, I'll have my neighbors help you settle in and I will come and meet you within 24 hrs and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note
I can arrange for a maid, cook and a laundry-service for extra charges, if informed in advance. I can also introduce you to an auto-rickshaw driver whose services you can book through a phone call. I can provide with local number (prepaid) with prior intimation. Internet access can also be arranged with prior notification.

Note: 1bedroom downstairs which stays locked with our family’s belongings.
