The whole hotel including the rooms need refurbishment. They are advertising rooms as they were 20 years ago when the hotel first opened. The rooms now have damp and rot with a mould smell. Walls are damp rotten and crumbling. Unfortunately, the bedsheets, pillow cases and covers although they were washed all had stains even after requesting a change. Prakash helped change the rooms as the AC was not working. But the condition of both rooms were still very similar in condition. The shower/toilets too need refurbishment, shower door didn't close properly, toilet seat wobbled. Otherwise the hotel and the environment is very nice and we had a pleasant stay but cut it short by 1 day."

- "Rooms were pathetic with dirty blankets and toilet flush not working, no proper body wash and body soap. Also toilets were smelling like public toilets, you would not like to stand for more than a minute. So I fought with them to give me another room and cleanliness wise it turned out to be the same… And so I thought this would be it how bad can it get and within few minutes electricity went away and they told me that they are turning on the generator… And after I went away and came back at night there was no watchman and door of property was open. Also office was closed (there was no reception), and I needed a room for my driver, so I called the property manager and waited for 10 mins before someone came and accomodated my driver in any room. I didnt stayed longer to check, just checked out and cancelled my booking and moved to another hotel the next day."
