The rooms are great, and the hospitality team led by the manager Ugyen Wangchuk (special mention to wait staff, Tashi Tobgay) is really good at their jobs. The whole kitchen staff led by Chef Satyajit and Rahi are so welcoming and good. Ugyen Dorji at the coffee shop is always ready with fun conversation. We really enjoyed the Chef’s hospitality and great cooking. We didn’t anticipate our trip to Bhutan to be a good food trip, but the chefs here have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a great time!"

I enjoyed learning about Bhutan (culture, history, current affairs) just from long chats with them while waiting for dinner. The stay was not very comfortable: 1) there was a bad smell from the bed 2) the bathroom was very basic 3) I could not sleep because the walls are not sound-proof (I kept hearing people walking around at 3 and 4am).
