The rooms are great, and the hospitality team led by the manager Ugyen Wangchuk (special mention to wait staff, Tashi Tobgay) is really good at their jobs. The whole kitchen staff led by Chef Satyajit and Rahi are so welcoming and good. Ugyen Dorji at the coffee shop is always ready with fun conversation. We really enjoyed the Chef’s hospitality and great cooking. We didn’t anticipate our trip to Bhutan to be a good food trip, but the chefs here have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a great time!"

We have never come across a better hotel staff. The only Problem we faced with the hotel was that we were not able to pay the bill by card while checking out, but that was probably because of signal issues.
