In the closets, some beddings and the host's belongings are stored, so there is no space for your suitcases. However, there is a space for your suitcase under the clothes rack.

Should your suitcase are big and heavy, please leave them on the first floor, in the living room when no other guests, when there are, in the host's office.

The space
The guest room is located on the second floor. It has 3 windows that face east, south or north,so it is airy and bright. It has a wardrobe, an antique Japanese table, and a lamp. Futon mat sizes are either single or double.

If you are a group of 3 -5 people, another bed room, a Japanese tatami mat room, is available as well. The whole space of the second floor will be just for the group!

The wallpaper has been changed recently, so the room looks very cozy with Japanese paper wallpaper, which reflects light softly. Very nice.

You are welcome to use the dining / living room, terrace and the yard ,but the west room on the first floor is the host's mother's room and kept as a private area.

This is the center of Ibaraki.It is about 8 minutes from the Kasama Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway.Therefore, it is about 40 minutes from the Oarai-Hitachinaka Expressway, about 30 minutes from the Tsukuba Expressway, and about 30 minutes from the Motegi Twin Ring Resort.
