Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at 11am, but the cafe staff managed to cook us eggs with toast despite we were 5 minutes late to breakfast. The cafe also serves amazing coffee! Overall really great experience!"

- "Kira Kira is located downhill of the Hirafu Welcome Centre. Transportation is provided during arrival and departure to and from the Welcome Centre. I am not too sure if the transportation can be arranged during they stay as I did not try this. The room was spacious and well suited my needs. It was comfortable. However, the water pressure and termperature for the shower can be much improved. The temperature was not enough to have a good soak in the tub. There was a combi washer dryer with detergent in the room too, and it was useful to have some laundry done. The wifi was stable a the room came with apple TV. The ski locker was minimal with just a slot for board/skis with a lock. The drying locker did not seem to have a lock which I could use. Communications was easy with the inroom phone. Emails could be better improved too. For the price paid, I would have expected a better shower experience, thus the 4 stars. I may stay here again."
