Our Contemporary Alpine Cottage is 500 m. from Hanazono Ski Resort (powder snow playground in winter) and adjacent to a fine golf course for summer. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need in a cozy mountain retreat, incl. a small modern kitchen and fully renovated new bathroom. The interior is warm and light filled with high ceilings, cedar wall panels and a "floating roof" effect. Wonderful view of Mount Weiss, from a quiet enclave. Location
Quiet and secluded property close (500 meters) to the Hanazono Ski / Golf Resort. Can easily walk to slopes or golf in 10-15 minutes. Very private. This is truly a mountain retreat.

During the winter - Powder hounds and families will love our location and proximity to the Hanazono Base Lodge, which offers much less crowded access to first tracks then does Hirafu, at the famed Strawberry and Blueberry Fields or the gladed tree runs off the upper Hanazono 3 chairlift (“Gate 5”), as well as direct access to children's sledding and tubing runs in the base family area.

In summer - The same area converts into a wonderful base camp for other family activities including golf, river rafting, mountain biking, tubing, zip lines, bouncy castles and other summer fun.

Very close to the new Park Hyatt Hotel at Hanazono, which features a number of high quality restaurants at the ski resort base.

In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities.
The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

A complete set of cooking utensils is provided. Two portable gas stoves, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, rice cooker, toaster oven, microwave oven, BIALETTI 6-cup direct flame espresso maker, plates, tea bowls, chopsticks, cups, teacups, coffee cups, knives, spoons, forks, refrigerator, etc.
Salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil, pepper and other seasonings are provided.

A fire pit is available in the garden for you to enjoy a bonfire or BBQ. Please ask the host for permission to use it before using it. Of course, please be careful not to start a fire.
I provide twigs, scraps of construction material, and other materials, but the amount is limited. Please bring your own firewood. I also have piles of firewood in the yard and on the deck, but that is for winter heating and is very expensive. Do not use them without permission.
You can provide your own BBQ set or rent one (for a fee). Please contact me in advance.
After BBQ, please clean up after yourself on the same day. Otherwise, foxes and other wild animals will come and ravage the area.

Ski stand and wax room in the garage. Please bring your own waxing tools. Charged waxing service is also available (Ask to the host Ittoku).
