The room was clean, relaxing and had everything you needed and it was great to have the shared kitchen and living room to use as needed. Even though there was troubles with the A/C staying on, they were happy for me to switch to a room where the A/C was working well. Nothing was a trouble and when I was not leaving until 6pm but had to check out in the morning, they allowed me to come back in the afternoon, get changed and wait until my taxi arrived.
