Located at the far end of a picturesque and peaceful little fishing village, our cottage with a cosy loft is a part of 10 North By The Sea beach-stay villas, a unique property that is hugged by the Arabian Sea on the west (stunning sunsets!) and scenic, gently flowing waterways on the east.
The space
Our secluded beachfront cottage is perfect for relaxing and cutting off from routine busy lifestyles. Usually, the only sound we hear is the rhythmic hush of waves on the beach outside, birdsongs and the rustle of palm leaves in the breeze.

The cottage is so close to the sea that you can enjoy watching it from your bed and every room and verandah, and the sound of waves will soothe and lull you throughout the day. And our verandah is just as perfect for reading, meditating, snoozing, or just unwinding, as it is for sea-gazing! So very tranquil and scenic with the most spectacular sunsets.
The cottage is part of a large property and adjoins our larger 3-bedroom house but a garden wall and separate entrance means that you will have complete privacy here.

On entering the property, the breezy verandah with wood pillars and traditional terracotta-tiled roof immediately becomes the place where everyone loves to sit or gather. It is also a great space to dine al fresco. Lanterns on the verandah at night set such a lovely romantic ambience.
The cottage has a very comfortable, air-conditioned bedroom, with a queen-size bed and an attached en suite modern bathroom. The windows open up the room even more and let in an abundance of light and sea-breeze.

The kitchen is fully functional and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction cook-top, and cookware. Our coffee-station is one of the most scenic ones ever, with a window that overlooks the sea.
The kitchen also houses an inverter for power back-up.
A stairway from the kitchen leads up to a cosy loft with a floor mattress to lounge on and a window to let in cooling breezes and to star-gaze. Alternately, a third guest in your booking can also be accommodated here.

The bedroom is air-conditioned while the kitchen and loft are cooled by a fan. And as a bonus, cooling sea-breezes waft through the cottage.

If you prefer, free wi-fi means that you can be accessible whenever you wish. And if you really can't do without it, cable TV is also available on request.

It is only within 400m to view from a variety of historical monuments and picnic spot that include the St. Francis Church and Vasco Da Gama Square. Our House is 300 m form the Santa Cruz Basilica and 11 km from Ernakulum South Railway Station. Cochin International Airport is 45 km away.

The House is located upstairs 2nd floor as separate entrance as an individual house and privacy. It is simply furnished with air-conditioned rooms, having a common balcony and an open terrace with artificial grass lawn seating area and work desk. Shower facilities are in the attached bathroom.

The top floor is a silent area, sound pollution, the guest can enjoy, relaxation and peace of mind.

Please Note: We provide only one (1) Bed Room, if the there is only 2 Guests and Price will be for 2 Guests only. The other room will be closed.

If there is 3-4 Guests, we provide two Bed Rooms and the Price will be for 4 Guests. 1) Bed Room No. 1, is big and good enough for Couples 2) Bed Room No. 2, is an additional room very comfortable for two Adults.

If Guests want the entire cottage with 2 rooms, then they must book for 3 Guests.
