The X-Cottage is a " Do Nothing Place". One can spend time reflecting and connecting with nature. The place is surrounded by three peaks " Nandi - Chanagiri - Skandgiri".
The space
You mess up the place for cooking you are required to clean it. The place works on a "Do it Yourself - DIY" concept. The villa is handed over to you in pristine state and you need to hand over the place back in the same state. cleaning fee is for normal utilization of sheets and towels, their washing Ironing and replacement.
Guest access
The entire Cottage is with the guest. The lower area has a caretaker room (not advertised). Guests have to permit access to the room on as required basis. Our caretaker will stay connected with the guests.
Other things to note
NO LOUD MUSIC after 11 PM. Loud noise travels long distances at night and since the place is surrounded by hills, echoes. No BON FIRE its a wooden cottage.
We have a 42 inch television for guests to connect their own devices via HDMI.
