The cottage is located in a 4.5 acre property with rotational plantations like ginger, tapioca, yam, etc along with rubber and coffee and scores of Mahagony trees in a village called Bavali near the town of Katikulam about 10 kms from Mananthwady. The property is just off the highway at the entrance of Kerala on the Mysore-Mananthwady Road.

The Cottage has a single bedroom with a double cot, a living room with necessary furniture and a kitchen. The bedroom has an attached toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, etc which can be used for preparing a quick meal, snack or coffee if necessary.

Two rooms in a complex located beside the main home. Located in a village beside greenish paddy fields. Both the rooms are attached with modern western style toilets with running hot and cold water round the clock.

My place is a village home stay in a calm, quiet and serene setting. This is a 100 year old Jain ancestral home.We provide pure vegetarian food cooked with care and served with love.

The cottage is located in a plantation with rotational plantations like ginger, tapioca, yam, etc along with pepper and coffee in a village called Kaniyambetta, 12 kilometers away from Kalpetta, the district head quarters. The property is just one kilometer off the main road from Kozhikode to Mananthavady. The same road is used as Kozhikode Bangalore main road during night time due to the night traffic ban in wildlife national park areas.

The rainy seasons are the best time to visit Wayanad if you want to see the forests, hills and vegetation at their best.
