Our Anonas room is on the fourth floor and is located in downtown Tarapoto, a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Armas.
This room features a closet, private bathroom (outside the room), WiFi, cable TV, and complimentary toiletries. We have a terrace with a 360° panoramic view where the guest can enjoy an excellent view of the city.
Our rooms have all the cleaning protocols to prevent the spread of COVID 19.

La Posada is a large house where the rooms are located on the third and fourth floors. It has a separate entrance, so guests will have complete privacy and comfort. Guests can make use of a large terrace with a 360-degree view of the city where they can also have breakfast, read, study or work.

The space
Private room D has a double bed, a private bathroom with a hot shower, a portable fan, cable TV, Internet, an open overhead closet, and a nightstand. It also has sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.
Inside the house we have a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and high chairs. The living room has an "L" shaped sofa with many cushions, a cable TV; plus a space with a desk and chair for remote work. The dining room has 6 chairs, but we also have benches for more people. The terrace - laundry, has chairs and tables for outdoor dining; in addition to two wells for washing or rinsing clothes, there is also a clothesline under the roof.
The kitchen, living room, dining room, and terrace are for common/shared use with the rest of the guests and residents of the house.

Guest access
I welcome my guests personally when I'm in Tarapoto, otherwise I rely on my co-host or the use of lockboxes.

I'll let you know in advance who will give you the keys or where you'll find them.

We will give you 3 keys, two for the entrance doors to the house and one for your room. We don't have check-in or check-out times during your stay. But we do ask that you respect check-in and check-out times.

During your stay
I'm usually away from home, so the best way to interact with guests is by messaging. I always like to coordinate check-in and check-out in advance and give a little flexibility so that guests feel at home.
When I'm not in Tarapoto, my co-host will be there to help whenever guests need it.

Other things to note
By renting the room you agree to share the common areas and leave them in good condition so that other guests can also use them.
House Rules
House Rules:

1.-The check-in is after 3:00 pm. Check-out is maximum at noon. Early Check-in from 10 am and Late Check-out at 4 pm at the latest costs 80% of the value of one night.
2. it is forbidden to manipulate and/or change the keys of the security boxes that are located inside the house and at the entrance. To do so we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of S/.350.
3.- It is completely forbidden to smoke in the room, bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry room. If evidence is found, we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of S/.300.00(Three Hundred soles) for smoking.
4.You pray for the good and proper use of the energies: Gas, electricity and water. It is forbidden to tamper with the gas and water keys as well as the electrical control boards; the water tanks of the rates of the bathrooms (toilets), the electric showers. In case of misuse / manipulation, we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of S/.300.00 for each.
5.-The parties, personal gatherings, and face-to-face work meetings are prohibited. Is not allowed to receive external visitors. If we check that other people entered, we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of s/.300 (Three hundred soles) for receiving visitors. And if their guests slept within the room or some common area of the house, we reserve the right to charge an extra S/.100 for each night per visit.
6.-The damage caused to the furniture, belongings inside and outside of the room, kitchenware, appliances, structures of the room and the house, will be repaired 100% by the guest.
7. Shower towels, hand towels and dryers in the kitchen should be returned in good condition, as they were received. Otherwise the guest will have to pay for each s/. 75.00 (per shower towel), s/.45 (per hand towel) and s/30.00 (per kitchen hairdryer).
8.- For loss of keys, the guest must 100% charge for the replacement of the locks on the entry doors to the house, plus the room lock and copies of necessary keys.
9. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 pm to 8 am the next day. By rules of coexistence of the house. Please turn down the volume to your electronic equipment and avoid bully.
10.- Cleaning and disinfection of the room will be done before the guest arrives, and upon leaving the room. This is why you are charged the cleaning item on your reservation, which also includes linens and towels. If the guest wants the room cleaning service every day, they must pay an extra of s/.40.00 per day.
11.- Guests must respect the common spaces, after using them they must leave them clean, so that others have the opportunity to use them as well. Cleaning and disinfection of the shared common areas will be done every 5 days.
12.- It is forbidden to take food from other guests. In the kitchen you will find plastic boxes with a lid, to keep your non-coolable groceries. And in the refrigerators you will find a space to put your things you want to keep cool.
13.- Mutual respect with guests, co-hosts, and cleaning staff is very important. Any act of racism, screaming, insulting or physically mistreating guests, co-hosts or cleaning staff is prohibited; doing so will lead to immediately culminating with the reservation.
14.- If the guest does not show up to start their stay, they are not entitled to a reservation refund and claims.
15.- If the guest shows up with one or more people, who are not included in the reservation; to make use of it, they will be denied entry to all and has no right to return or claim.
16.- If you have any inconvenience inside the house, inform the host.
