Thy rudely say that, the service is only for check in check outs. They have it on their description that old aged people or who cant walk, will be responsible for their commute within the property, which I personally felt is rude. We didnt travel with any Sernior citizens. But it is a suggestion as I would want the property to flourish well. You r running a hospitality space, and moreover the Owner, as I got to know is a doctor...!!!! Could be more considerate, humble and give the buggy service to the rooms when requested by customers, if ur goal is customer satisfaction. Otherwise, overall, an amazing peaceful stay with top class amenities. Food was really great and the breakfast spread was really awesome... "
