Right on the Ganges, we had a river view right above the main Ghat for ceremonies, dawn boat rides and sacred bathing. The delightful rooftop restaurant staff always served us with a warm smile and a touch to the heart. The all veg food was well prepared and delicious. There is an even higher rooftop, where I took my morning coffee and communed with the monkeys, did some yoga and watched the waterfront wake up. The house is situated at the bank of river ganga which in hindusim is considered sacred and personified as Goddess Ganga. She is worshiped by Hindus who believe that bathing in the river causes the remission of sins and facilitates Moksha(liberation from the cycle of birth and death).
The house is situated 50 meter away from the river and the area is popularly known as Brahmaghat. The house has various sculptures on the walls and has unique gateways. it consists of 64 rooms with multiple entry and exit.It is located at the center of old city and gives real flavor of culture , lifestyle and authentic food.
