However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!! - "This property is advertised as 5* star establishment, but in my opinion it is at best a 3 star and that is because it is next to a golf course. It is a difficult address to find even if you have a sat navigation. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. They even collected us from centre of town when we could not find the place. The room is very dark and large, but it smelled of desinfectante. We did not see the spa facilities, but judging by the reception area and the room I can only imagine that it is of the same average standard. We did not like it for the price that they charged, it is not good value. "

- "A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. My husband managed to lose his phone and the guide was able to track that in the bush as well!!! It was a long day with two drives and we were there for 5 nights which was maybe one too many. We have been on many safaris but this was by far the best and we will definitely be returning in the future. We travelled back to the airport in a helicopter which was a brilliant end to a fantastic experience. Highly recommended"

There are facilities for camping, rustic cabin, and more conventional rooms- a good variety for guests based on THEIR comfort level and budget. The pool was more than sufficient- we’ll maintsined and quite refreshing after eating dust all day on the road. Food was surprisingly good. The morning buffet was normal- with eggs on demand, good coffee (yes, that is important to some!!), tea, juices and a small buffet. The restaurant offerings in the evening were broad- meats, burgers, chicken and pizza. Of all the choices, I would avoid the pizza. Unless you love lots and lots and lots and lots of cheese (you get the picture), we found it difficult to find our meat on the thin crust. The other choices- especially the rump roast and skewers, were quite good and reasonably price "

The space
What makes my space unique is its cool and calm quite tranquility. I dont live in a noisy neighbourhood, mostly children play in the park by my house but often you just hear cars and not much noise. The lounge is a bit spacious with a seater couch facing outside to sit and read a book while looking out the window
