The floor of our suite was not very clean, the shower curtains were molded, and they didn’t provide hand soap. We used body wash from the shower as soap. During our visit, there was a construction at the hotel area which continued until 10 pm. Also, we could easily hear the room upstairs when they move furniture or chairs around their room. The bed sheets seems to he cleaned but had multiple stains on them. Overall, we didn’t have a good experience. "

Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. Not sure what the “thematic” part of the title is though, as there were no themes. Having said that, those were acceptable despite the initial surprise. But the bathrooms were unclean so informed Douglas, and he sent someone to clean them right away. There weren’t paper towels or tissues so make sure to bring them. We asked for hand soap which they provided. There were dish soap and body wash. Other amenities included wifi, parking and hot/cold water dispenser. "

Troubles nightmare started when day 2 there was a group birthday party of families, relatives (check in with loud singing (not found this karaoke mentioned in Villa description) till 11:30pm+. My opinion is never ever book this villa home stay when there is a group as can't avoidable usually they will take this villa stay as their own house own property especially the noisy singing session we spotted might have started from day continue from 5pm to 11pm+. Very unpleasant, put us in such odd situation and sad to be there at wrong timing, also the non stop singing noise problem at first floor after closed door still can be heard at basement. Everyone want to have fun but other guests still need the cosy privacy too. The villa is new, bed, room are quite comfortable and clean except pillow too soft too flatten. Just to highlight the room on 2night, toilet accessories like basin and the towels rack seem a bit too high out of standard height. To avoid any inconvenience, best not to stay there when group members having their own celebration and occupying all areas. "
