- "There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen tap is so high anyone will get all wet after washing up so we had to tie a plastic bag to the tap so it doesn't splash. On the positive side, towels were clean and other things like dish cloths were clean and sufficient for use. After the second night the main water supply was cut off due to burst pipe outside the main road and the caretaker said we would be refunded if we decide to go back earlier because it looked like the repair is going to take longer than anticipated. Not suitable for elderly due to long flight of stairs going down to the property and sadly we are mostly aged so it was a bit of struggle for us. Frasers Hill is a nice place but we have yet to find a nice bungalow to rent for large family. "

In our home, you will have full access to the following:

Two bedrooms equipped with queen size beds， 2 single beds and 2 extra thick mattress for floor in case you need extra mattress. Clean bedding are provided.

Two toilets equipped with water heater and basic toileteries. Hair dryer is provided. We believe that towels are very personal so please bring your own.

Full kitchen facilities including fridge, kitchen stove, oven and steamer. We have utensils, cups and plates & pans as well as a lot of extras: coffee, tea, sugar, etc.

FRom Clock Tower you can see the apartment, driving from Clock Tower to Silverpark Resort only take you few minutes.
Restoran and hawkers store is all nearby, driving less than 5 min to almost all the restoran & hawker.

Other things to note
Fraser's Hill is a quiet place, those who prefer busy and crowded place, I advise them to visit either Cameran or Genting.
Here, basically is natural green, fresh and cold air.
Only 2 hours journey from PJ, is a nice place to relax.
Jungle trecking,bird watching is main activity.
Many coloniel building/bungalow are available, nice to have look, not many place can see so many coloniel building.

Activities at Fraser's are jungle tracking, water boat, organic farm, water falls, Horse Riding, Archery, Blow Pipe, Mini Golf, Children playground etc. There are few trails available for jungle tracking, for instance a family trail; Hemmant trail is short in distance and safe, it is 1 km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course and it is well marked out.

No major development is allowed here, therefore it is a place with natural green. A good place to relax, and also a right place for bird lover, family gathering, school reunion etc.

Proposal for 3 Days 2 Nights trip:
Day 1, reach KKB by 9am, enjoy the old Hainanese style breakfast at KKB (recommended Nam Cheong Kopitiam), along the way to the hill, drop by at Sg Chi Ling water fall for a natural refreshing cool bath and picnic, depart and heading to Fraser Hill at 1.30pm, check in to Cosy Artistic Studio at 3pm.
1st night may spend time with loved ones/friends to enjoy steamboat dinner at the starry night balcony.
Day 2 walk around Frasers Hill and experience the cold weather. You may need 2 days to enjoy the Activities at Fraser Hill. Take a afternoon tea English Smoke House.
Day 3 on your way back home, pass by KKB to visit hot spring water, stop at Ulu yam for a local food.

1. No BBQ in the house or balcony. BBQ pits is available at common property area （booth）situated at C1/C2 and B11/C3.
2. Our apartments are not suitable for parties event in order to preserve the peace and quiet in the surrounding. Hence, please adhere to our house rules, whereby guests should not talked or played music loudly after 10pm.

It located near town center. Restaurant and hawkers store is all nearby. It only take less than 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk from clock tower to the accommodation.

The common activities at Fraser Hill is jungle tracking. There are few trail available, you may choose a family trail which is short in distance and safe eg Hemmant Trail. The trail distance is only 1 km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course, well marked out

Weather
Temperatures range between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius depending on the time of the year. It is typically colder at night, especially at the end of the year (the closest you get to winter in Malaysia). So we advice to bring some thick clothing such as jacket/sweater. As it is usually cold, the property does not have air conditioning.

Quiet Environment
This is a private and non-smoking apartment, no "in house" party is allowed. Kindly lower down the noise especially after 11pm.

Parking
Guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. (To park at yellow box). A penalty of RM 200 will be charged for any lost access cards or keys.

Bathing
Please allow 15 mins for water heater to generate hot water after the 2nd user done shower due to cold weather in Fraser. (Normal shower usage)

Cleaning
Our cleaning service will be done before and after your stay. During you stay, we encourage you to take care of garbage removal and basic cleanings.

Our new refurbished, cosy apartment (with Wifi connection) is the perfect location for a romantic and family getaway holiday. Renovation of our walkup apartment completed on October 2019. Unit located at the town center. Restaurant and hawkers store is all nearby. It only take less than 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk from clock tower to the accommodation. Our home is easily accessible via a short flight of stairs, which is extremely convenient for those with kids, elderly folks or just plenty of things.

Weather
Temperatures range between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius depending on the time of the year. It is typically colder at night, especially at the end of the year (the closest you get to winter in Malaysia). So we advice to bring some thick clothing such as jacket/sweater and socks. As it is usually cold, the property does not have air conditioning.

Quiet Environment
This is a private and non-smoking apartment, no "in house" party is allowed. Kindly lower down the noise especially after 11pm.

Parking
Guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. (To park at yellow box). A penalty of RM 200 will be charged for any lost access cards or keys.

Cleaning
Our cleaning service will be done before and after your stay. During you stay, we encourage you to take care of garbage removal and basic cleanings.

We encourage family/friends/relatives bonding, explore the nature in this undeveloped tropical rain forest highland.

Hot water is supply via hot water boiler tank with limited to 25 litres capacity. It need time to boil before use. Recommend to switch on the water heater 10 minutes before use and wait for 10 minutes after each use to avoid running out of hot water supply.

In response to Covid-19 standard practice, each unit is thoroughly sanitized and disinfectant every check in and check out to ensure all our guests stay safe.

Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit at the price of RM70 per use on a first come first serve basis. Guests are require to bring own BBQ net / skewers & charcoal if they want to use the communal BBQ pit.

The common activities at Fraser Hill is jungle tracking. There are few trail available, you may choose a family trail which is short in distance and safe eg Hemmant Trail. The trail distance is only 1 km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course, well marked out
Good place to relax.
Encourage for family gathering, school reunion etc

Other things to note
Weather
Temperatures range between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius depending on the time of the year. It is typically colder at night, especially at the end of the year (the closest you get to winter in Malaysia). So we advice to bring some thick clothing such as jacket/sweater. As it is usually cold, the property does not have air conditioning.

Quiet Environment
This is a private and non-smoking apartment, no "in house" party is allowed. Kindly lower down the noise especially after 11pm.

Parking
Guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. (To park at yellow box). A penalty of RM 200 will be charged for any lost access cards or keys.

Bathing
Please allow 15 mins for water heater to generate hot water after 1st user done shower due to cold weather in Fraser. (Normal shower usage)

Cleaning
Our cleaning service will be done before and after your stay. During you stay, we encourage you to take care of garbage removal and basic cleanings.

Supper
Supper is available at Clock Tower area.

The unit is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator—only stairs. Getting there requires a bit of a climb, but the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings make it all worth it.

However, if you have difficulty with stairs, are elderly, or have health concerns, please consider this before booking.

You can drive up to the bottom of the apartment building, but you will need to walk up to the 4th floor as there is no elevator.

Parking

All vehicles can park for free within the resort. Parking spaces near the unit are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional parking areas are available opposite the resort and at the second entrance of The Pines Resort.

Internet

This unit does not have WiFi. We encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If you need internet access, please arrange in advance or use mobile data.
