High ceiling, huge windows, open space, superfast internet, clean, etc. People with health issues and small children should consider the fact that the apartment is located on the fourth floor of old stone building, which has no elevator. For active youth and adults to walk for a few runs of staircase should not be a problem, especially taking into account the quality of this space. Location is just perfect. You can see Organ Hall and National Drama Theater fron the windows of this appartment on another side of the street (boulevard). - "Comfortable though it could be better. A fairly new place and there are still some unfinished elements in the hallway and some points in the apartment. Some design flaws and interior design blocks. eg. One closet door blocked by the night table by the bed in the bedroom, causing difficulty to use one big area of the closet. Only one Air-conditioning unit in the bedroom. Also some elements showing usage already. There is only one key available and no main door intercom panel in the apartment. Therefore a hassle when 2 or more people staying. In general good, comfortable and useable."

Very cozy apartment is situated in the center of the Botanica district right next to the park, lakes and amusement park. There are markets, pharmacy and the restaurants next to the house. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor ( the last one), no neighbors upstairs. Sleeping area, fresh air, beautiful view. Very close to public transport and very cheap taxi services.

Your stay in this apartment will not cause any hassle, quiet neighborhood, no neighbors upstairs (top floor ), all necessary establishments ( store, bank, pharmacy, stop) are nearby, as well as the apartment is in the park area, where you can walk in the evening and get some fresh air. The house has its own free parking, as well as there is a paid guarded parking right under the house.
