We had a spacious studio flat in a quiet area close to the restaurant, with a large bed extremely comfortable. The kitchen corner was equiped with a microwave, sink, a small stove and a big fridge however only one glass, a fork, one knife and one spoon so make sure you have what you need if you plan to cook (we did not). The bathroom is quite nice and new but smelled like tabacco so air conditioning was a big plus. The restaurant on the property has a diverse menu for lunch or dinner and the included breakfast had a standard buffet.The pool is very clean and we could still enjoy it these last september days thanks to the sunny and warm weather. The staff was very friendly and accomodating with our requirements throughought the stay. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience in Varna♥️"

Please be aware that our last review was in 2019 just before Covid-19. We closed the villa down a week after the pandemic hit the world. In 2022 the war broke out in Ukraine. However we have many reviews before that and hope you will take a look at them. Bulgaria is not in any way afected by this war, and is a very safe and welcoming country to holiday in.

Follow the abundance of flora along the lush green slopes for a short walk in to Asparuhovo or Galata where you will find one of the two breath taking beaches.

Personally I would recommend having a car as the village is quite isolated if you're on foot and buses seemed a bit erratic at times.Taxis were very cheap and reasonable but the address was difficult to convey by phone so getting back to the villa was easy, but getting a taxi to come to the Villa proved difficult. However once I hired a car everywhere was a short easy drive. The area is lovely, the local beaches great and Varna is an exciting vibrant place with all you expect from a City. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately to any requests and queries and were very accomodatingl and flexible concerning times and transfers. In summary this is a beautiful Villa in a great setting and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone (I like) "

My place is in a new building located in the heart of Varna. It is literally in the center of Varna,the best location you can wish for. You are 20 meters away from the central pedestrian alley and 10 minutes walking from the beach.

There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away from the flat where you can reach Golden Sands and other resorts.

My place is ideal for shorter or longer stays, perfect for couples, families or friends visiting Varna.

The apartment has a comfortable spacious double bedroom,a kitchen along with a living room,a separate bathroom and a toilet.
The sofa has the option of becoming a bedroom that can fit up to 2 people.
There is also a terrace that you enjoy your time and drink your summer cocktails there.

My place is quiet, on the 2-nd floor in a newly built residential building with elevator. It is located in Levski residential area -25 min walk to the city center, Sea garden and beach. Тhe аrеа is nice, with lots of greenery and restaurants around. There is a regular public transport line. The studio is furnished with a double bed which can be converted into two single beds. Equipped with air conditioner, TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, dishes. The washing machine and the stove are not in use.

This special place is close to everything that makes it easy to plan your stay.

A wonderful studio in the top city center of Varna, Bulgaria. Guests can enjoy a comfortable big sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom/WC, TV, a closet and a private laundry room. The studio provides easy access to some of the main boulevards of the city and it’s on a 2-min walk to the main shopping street and the seagarden and beaches. The area also has many restaurants,nightclubs and bars. The studio is perfect for couples, solo-adventurers and business travels.

The space
The place is located in the semi-basement of a building. Studio with a thoughtful decor, a modern kitchen design and a great location. There’s also a garden that has a BBQ and a dining table. There’s a separete laundry room which guests can use. The garden is shared (with me and my family or possibly guests from our other airbnb) but we won’t intrude if it’s used by guests.
The studio is in the city center of Varna, with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops, and sights within walking distance.

A sunny new studio in a provance and cozy style in a new building in a quiet area. It is close to the open city market, bus stop to the resorts and shopping malls. New furniture and appliances. Fully integrated and equipped kitchen. Fast WiFi Internet and cabel TV.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor

The apartment has been rented since 2018, very clean, expensive furniture and kitchen, brand new household appliances and bedding. The house is 800m away from the beach but in a quiet and green location. The resort is different from other resorts in Bulgaria - there are fewer people and the sea is cleaner. A beautiful park with centuries-old trees in 300 meters. Children's playground, mineral baths (15 min walk) and supermarket in 10 min walk. There's aircon and a small balcony.

The space
The apartment consists of two rooms - a living room kitchen and a bedroom. In the living room there is a leather sofa that turns into two sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with all for cooking. There are two separate beds in the bedroom. A baby cot can be installed for infants upon request and for an individual fee.

There is no private parking.
Families with young children - two photos show the way to the beach with a small staircase, for guests with strollers to assess their capabilities.

Please book the apartment at least 2-3 days before arrival. Due to COVID-19, I am not in Bulgaria and use the help of a local assistant.
