- "I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you! The aircon worked well and the shower was nice with good pressure and hot water but the room needed a little refurbishment. Definitely not what I expected. The smoke was horrendous. My guess is that it had gotten into everything (bed, covers, cushions, curtains so it's difficult to get rid of the smell unless you rip everything out. "

- "I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall."

- "Very close to the beaches" - "It’s our second time staying in this hotel. It’s very clean and modern inside, within walking distance to the beach, park, and the city center. Staff is very friendly, and they go above and beyond to make the best for travelers stay. The only complaint that the rooms are pretty small, and our rooms didn’t have drawers, just shelves, for the personal belongings. So, for the short stay this place is fine.
