This is a GuestHouse set inside a bigger compound. However, it is fenced off and has its exclusive gate to enter from the road. Lot of greenery abounds inside the compound with lawns, trees, organic vegetable garden & parking space.

This room is on the ground floor of a beautiful 2 storeyed Kerala style exposed brickwork house. The room comes with a wardrobe and dresser, and has a modern attached bathroom. The ground floor area includes a common hall and kitchenette, and the first floor has a covered balcony overlooking the lawns.

Plus, the flooring is laid with the traditional handmade patterned Athangudi tiles from Tamil Nadu's Chettinad region. The hot water in the taps comes from our rooftop solar water heater.

You will be staying in an award winning eco-friendly dwelling :)
