Located in the area of Pratumnak on the small mountain between Pattaya and Jomtien.
Nice area with a little quieter atmosphere than Pattaya, plenty of restaurants, convenience as well as bars in the area.

Because some guests are able to consume unexplained amounts of electricity and water, there is a charge for this.

This studio room is located in View Talay 1A. The room is has been nicely decorated and is very clean. Near by is the airport bus stop and Pattaya is just 7 minutes away by Baht bus. Enjoy the large swimming or walk down to the beach. Everything is about convenience when staying at View Talay 1.

Please note: All guests are required to pay a 10,000 Baht deposit on arrival. This shall be returned minus any charges such as Electricity and water.

The space
This room is nicely decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Pattaya. Inside is a kitchen with all the utensils. There is a king size bed with a new mattress. Relax on the new sofa and enjoy the DVD you just bought from the bar on a new 32"Flat screen TV or watch some TV. Cable TV is included in the price. While doing all that enjoy the large aircon unit in the room.

The balcony and room is very private. The balcony looks at trees, so no view except for the trees but this make the room very private.

In View Talay 1 there is a large swimming pool and restaurant for our guests to enjoy and for those who like to keep in shape there is also a fitness area outside which is all free to use.

A big plus for View Talay 1, is the that it's so close to Pattaya and within walking distance to Jomtien beach and the airport bus.

Other things to note
Please note that the guest will need to pay a security deposit once their booking has been confirmed of 10,000 Baht.
This is returned at the end of the rental term minus any costs.

Water and electricity are not included in the cost of the rental and are charged as follows for a 1 month stay:
Electricity: 5 Baht a unit Water: 50 Baht a unit.
Stays of 2 months or more then the guest must pay at the condo office.
