" - "We had a wonderful view with a balcony. From our window we could see the fireworks every night and every show from our room. We didn’t feel the need to go and pay for tickets for them (although I’m sure the experience would be entirely different up close with all the performers). Staff was extremely nice and for the most part very fluent in English. Service is excellent and was slower than the main land but in a good way - it gave us time to unwind and relax and enjoy the moments we had there. The room and everything is brand new for us. I believe we came during a soft open because not everything was open. The beach club was not open yet nor the lower pools and the upper terrace cafe (6th floor). Apart from that we only wish you were able to swim at the beach. I’m unsure if the current is too strong or that they didn’t staff a lifeguard yet. The town “Sunset Town” is very charming and I believe it needs a few more years to catch up to the same development to Grand World but it’s getting there.
