At no cost will I refun any amount if it is not cancelled at the stipulated time. when we block rooms for you we lose some long staying clients. So cancellation is a huge loss for us.

Therefore please respect the cancellation policy and dont play ugly with me. I would rather have the room empty than deal with people who come for a bargain.

Vanakkam! Mahabs Homestay Villa is an individual property situated near the Buckingham canal and is a minute away from all major monuments in Mamallapuram. The villa is in a quiet street yet located in the heart of Mamallapuram.

A cozy place to spend your weekends with your family and friends and also a great space for small parties and gatherings.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook for or if you want to eat out you can explore the local restaurants or order in.

We also provide home cooked food.

Our property is 1 km away from the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to the major monuments and restaurants.

The entire property is for the guests which they can enjoy with full privacy.

There is a caretaker but he does not stay at the property. Guests will have the entire place for themselves with full privacy.

The property is located in a small fishing village called Devaneri 4 kilometres from the historical town of Mahabalipuram. The property is ideal for those who want to escape from the hustle of the town. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We request the guests to bring groceries required for cooking like masalas , milk , Maggie etc as there is only one grocery shop nearby it will be difficult if the shop is closed. Drinking water will be provided by the caretaker.

The property is equipped with a bedroom which has two queen size beds. There is a 43inch Android tv with local tv shows. There is a refrigerator. The kitchen is just outside the bedroom with basic amenities. Gas stove , mixer and other basic utensils for cooking are available.
