One minor complaint is that water leaked a bit from one of the bathroom sinks, and the living room side door was a bit sticky & hard to open. It was also very hot in the bathroom, which is open to the outside air (due to its construction) and doesn't have an air conditioner. However, I want to emphasize these are relatively minor points which didn't detract much from our enjoyment of the place. Overall I'd greatly recommend staying at Kudat Riviera. It's worth the price! Great place to just relax and feel like you're living in the lap of luxury for a few days. We stayed at many hotels during our 3 week vacation and this was one of my personal favorites. Will definitely consider staying here again on a future trip."

The apartment complex also has a stunning infinity pool, a gym, a games room with a pool table, steam room and sauna, and BBQ/rooftop garden. The kids especially loved exploring each of these spaces. Location was great and easy to catch public transport to the MRT station. From there, getting to the city was very quick. Petaling Jaya itself also has a lot of excellent food options and shopping nearby. Communication was prompt and instructions were easy to follow for checking-in and accessing the apartment. Only downside was there was some very loud clanging each morning coming from outside the apartment (unsure of origin) but didn't last too long although was very, very loud. Nothing to do with the apartment itself but seemed to happen everyday around the same time, just so the next person who stays is aware. Overall 10/10 would recommend staying here, thank you having us! "

They recommend having your own transportation, but we managed fine by taking Grab rides and ordering Grab food. You might need to plan a bit and schedule Grab rides ahead of time from the villa so you don’t have to wait a long time. We are a typical Chinese family from Beijing.The family now lives in Kuala Lumpur.There are many rooms in the house, we rent out some of them.You will be living with my family in this big house where you will feel like home.
The whole house is 120 sqm with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and you will have one of them.
The living room is very spacious and bright, and the house is decorated in a modern way.
There are many flowers on the balcony, you can sit there, drink tea and read books.
You can cook your own meal here. I have a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking tools.
