- "Thank you for fixing the wifi for us :) " - "This is the fourth time I stayed at this property, It used to be Chateau de Chine until the change of ownership last year. This time I stayed 6 nights at their Premium Suite (separate living room, dining room, bathroom with separate shower/tub, bedroom with a king-size bed, and kitchen with mid-size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop). My suite on the 7th floor was large, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furniture. Key changes from Chateau de Chine are: limited check-in check-out hours between 6 am and 10 pm, it no longer provides "disposable" toiletry items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, bar soap, slippers, and shaving razors so make sure to bring your own. The dining room is now on the 1st floor by the entrance and no longer serves an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, I was usually served a variation of sandwiches, fruits, a small piece of dessert, and coffee/tea. You also need to pick a breakfast time between 6-10 am when you check in at the hotel. There are several convenience stores/restaurants just a few steps away in case you want something else to eat. The gym is now located on the 9th floor in two separate small rooms, each with three treadmills. Overall, it remains my favorite hotel in Tao Yuan even with the reduced amenities, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tao Yuan."

- "Our 3-day trip to Lala Mountain for cherry blossom viewing was saved by our peaceful stay at He Fong Villa! The driving trip from Taipei through the winding and narrow roads was taxing, and the traffic control in the congested destination region (due to the cherry blossom season) was tiresom. Luckily, as we settled in at He Fong Villa at the end of day, it was just quiet, peaceful, and comfort. The Villa. The Villa is away from the traffic, the plants and gardening were total knock-outs, and the host was accommodating, easy-going, and freindly. This is a place one can stay for days to rest and rejuvinate. The breakfast at the peaceful sourrounds is one not to miss! We are planning for our return trip already!"

The cozy bedroom comes with a mini private living area and a clean bathroom that guest will share with one other single bedroom. This bedroom door has a lock to ensure your privacy.

House Rules for monthly rental:
1. Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean bedroom.
2. Feel free to decorate, but no holes in walls
3. Lighting incense or smoking is prohibited
4. Enjoying food in bedroom is OK, but food causing stains or furniture defects will cost extra cleaning fee of 300NT. Please note that food smells may attract cockroaches. It's suggested that you open the window to allow ventilation when eating in bedrooms.
5. High power consumptive electronics are prohibited, such as portable heater, thermal blanket, water boiler, foot massage device, any cooking appliance, etc. 1000NT penalty if violated.
6. Guests are responsible for only A/C electricity fee and shower heater fee. 5NT per degree.

Please turn the doorknob before closing the door — no slamming! It helps avoid disturbing neighbors in nearby rooms.
