The owner got out of his way to accommodate my arrival time, and pick me up from the near-by subway station。Since we did not have a key to the house, the owner always made available time from his business to lock the door and let me in. Therefore, having access to a workable cell phone is essential if staying in this property. Bedding are comfortable. The room has been equipped with a kettle, and a big window looking out to a natural field. My room is on 4th floor inside a 6th floor home. The room is spacial, clean and comfortable. However, I got multiple musquito bites and caught 8 musquitoes the first night. Although the owner kindly used mosquito repellant the next night, I was still bothered by two mosquitoes. Another drawback in this property is that the bathroom is shared by owners living on 6th and 7th floor at night, and there were water leaked from the sinks."

This house has a total of 4 floors with access to more than 400 square meters and includes a private private garage (1 car maximum height 185cm), stoop, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, gym, backyard, and private terrace.
Guest access

Other things to note
1. Smoking is not allowed inside, guests want to smoke outdoors or 1F garage, large bedroom terrace, backyard.
2. Please take off your shoes in the house and change the indoor slippers.
3. At check-in, the host has 2 gate keys for you as well as 1 garage remote, placed inside the key box to the right of the gate, please open the key box according to the code you have been given prior to your stay to get the key and open the door to enter.
4. Return the key to the lockbox and scramble the code when you check out.
5. The appliances in the kitchen can be used, and be careful to turn off the power and stove fire after use, please wash and put them back after use.
6. The living room fireplace is not available for use.
7. There is a small broom dumpling for guests to simply clean up and use in the living room as well as small bins in each space.
8. The community where the residence is located has a service that provides garbage disposal, but the guest must dispose of it in accordance with the following rules, according to the regulations of the City of New Taipei, which is to be divided into general waste, recycle, food waste, etc.First of all, general garbage can be purchased at any convenient store in Taipei City or New Taipei City (7-eleven or family) special plastic bag for garbage (the host only provides the first time), place the general garbage bin at the back of the 1F garage after collecting the general garbage, and then pack it into a dedicated garbage bag and tie it.If it belongs to paper, plastic, pet bottle, aluminum can, or iron bottle.… etc Recycling Garbage Please place inside the recycling bins behind the 1F garage.In this community, the dedicated garbage bag for general garbage is tied, the recycle garbage bag is tied every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Five, Six will be placed in the green trash can outside the garage door.In addition, regarding the disposal of the food waste, the guest's use containers or plastic bags are packed into the dedicated kitchen waste bucket at the laneway mouth to be discarded and to take the containers or garbage bags back to not litter.
9. The weather is variable, please keep the doors and windows closed in order to conserve energy and love the earth, the excess light source air-conditioning appliances are also turned off.
10. Remind you because we are different from the hotel, we only provide one small towel per person, one bath towel (not changed during your stay), shampoo and body soap.In order to protect the environment, please bring your own washing utensils, such as: toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner comb, etc.
11. Pets are not allowed to stay.Please lower the volume after 10pm so as not to make noise to the neighbors.
12. Please take your valuables with you, this venue does not accept claims for lost valuables by travelers.
13. Toilet paper insert paper should not be thrown into the toilet bowl to avoid clogging.Please dispose of them inside the bin.
14. The cleaning fee you pay is what is required after check out and there won't be any cleaning service during your stay.Additional cleaning costs may be incurred in a state that cannot be cleaned up in the moment, such as: period to stain the cotton comforter, additional dry cleaning costs (not duvet cover)
15. Fixed Wi-Fi wireless internet is available in the apartment during the stay, but there is no portable Wi-Fi unlimited internet for you to use.
16. Please be honest about the number of guests staying, including the little ones.

Security guarded community with one convenience store. Pedestrian only walkways in front of the house and garden in the back for roaming.
3-floor townhome with 2 living rooms and TVs for separate enjoyment. Bed/bath combos are also on separate floors creating the right amount of space and privacy.
Community bus to MRT, location serviced by Taxi, UberEats, FoodPanda.

Guest will have the entire place to themselves and access to all areas for their stay. Three storage areas will not be accessible for guests - 1) the storage behind ground level TV, 2) storage by ground level shoe closet 3) storage by 1F electrical panel. We will store supplies there.
