- "all" - "Very nice hotel with lots of beautiful sculptures everywhere. The outdoor pool was very nice but very hard to find any free sunbed it was always full. The rooms are big and have a very nice view but our room was not cleaned as a 5star hotel should be, there was a lot of small spiders and spider net in almost every corner. But the worst thing was the food it was horrible, they had the same food every day in lunch and dinner with almost just pork meat in every dish they made so it was soo boring to eat the same awful food everyday in an all inclusive 5star hotel one doesn't expect that. And there was no a la carte restaurant which is written in the description so we ate outside in other restaurants everyday even though we had paid for all inclusive. So I would give zero star for the food. But overall the area and the beach is very nice and specially the night life is so much full of life outside. "

My husband and I needed a bit of couple time and booked for 5 days. The hotel offers the perfect conditions for couples. Big spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Balcony with a view to the sea and to the golf - the perfect combination of blue and green. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. There are four restaurants on the territory of the estate which can satisfy each taste. The bartenders managed to prepare our favorite latte the way we like it which gives the hotel an extra point. This year the entire service team is from Bali - kind, humble and smiling people always ready to help. If you are a massage fan, you should absolutely try the Bali massage. The spa area is super nice with several types of saunas, steam bath and jacuzzis. The swimming pools are pretty big. The infinity pool outdoors is fantastic for swimming. We were lucky to have less visitors and had moments of swimming alone like in a private pool. The beach is 10 minutes away with shuttle bus and the water is really clean. There is parking in front of the hotel and we easily found a spot every time we came back after sightseeing or a restaurant. The area around the hotel is interesting to visit and there are good restaurants 10-20 min away by car. There are couple of gourmet restaurants with amazing views of the sea and the cliffs. We had wonderful time at Lighthouse Golf & Spa and we will be back next year."

- "This was the second time we stayed at a Sol Hotel since we enjoyed our first visit so much. The first time we stayed at Sol Nessebar Mare (which is next door), this time Sol Nessebar Palace. Palace is slightly superior to Mare, but you won't be disappointed with either and you'll have access to the same grounds and services (not restaurants though). Let's be clear; this isn't a 5 star hotel, but for a family orientated all inclusive, you can't get much better. Don't expect fine dining, but expect variety, plenty for the kids to do, easy access to the beach and the staff are incredibly helpful/pleasant. We had a room with a sea view which was very comfortable and everything we needed was easily within reach. You WON'T go hungry at this resort!"

- "If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. We haven't tried them, because it was easier with our child to choose what ever she wanted. The hotel is very close to the beach where you have free sunbeds, umbrella and mattresses, as Grifid Hotels guest. The beach and the water are clean, you can enjoy free cocktails from the Grifid beach bar. The only thing that bothered us was the noise coming from a neighboring hotel (Park Hotel Golden Beach), they played loud music beyond 10:30 PM. If you are used to this then, you should not worry. We were looking for a quieter holiday, but you can't have them all :). A lot of families with children choose this hotel, for the large pools, kids pool and the aqua park. Overall the hotel offers all you need for a relaxing holiday."

- "The hotel is in nature, far away from the noisier centre of Borovets. The air quality is very good since there are no chimneys from nearby houses or restaurants. The hotel and the rooms are very warm so consider turning down the heating. The staff is very friendly but one criticism is that one of the evenings, the security/receptionst turned off all the lights in the lobby as early as 23h, which is not normal for a 4-star hotel. We were having drinks in the dark with my friend. On the next night the security guard and receptionist were different and the lights were on even after midnight. They respected the fact that there were people in the lobby and let us enjoy our comfort as it should be."
