- "all" - "Very nice hotel with lots of beautiful sculptures everywhere. The outdoor pool was very nice but very hard to find any free sunbed it was always full. The rooms are big and have a very nice view but our room was not cleaned as a 5star hotel should be, there was a lot of small spiders and spider net in almost every corner. But the worst thing was the food it was horrible, they had the same food every day in lunch and dinner with almost just pork meat in every dish they made so it was soo boring to eat the same awful food everyday in an all inclusive 5star hotel one doesn't expect that. And there was no a la carte restaurant which is written in the description so we ate outside in other restaurants everyday even though we had paid for all inclusive. So I would give zero star for the food. But overall the area and the beach is very nice and specially the night life is so much full of life outside. "

My husband and I needed a bit of couple time and booked for 5 days. The hotel offers the perfect conditions for couples. Big spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Balcony with a view to the sea and to the golf - the perfect combination of blue and green. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. There are four restaurants on the territory of the estate which can satisfy each taste. The bartenders managed to prepare our favorite latte the way we like it which gives the hotel an extra point. This year the entire service team is from Bali - kind, humble and smiling people always ready to help. If you are a massage fan, you should absolutely try the Bali massage. The spa area is super nice with several types of saunas, steam bath and jacuzzis. The swimming pools are pretty big. The infinity pool outdoors is fantastic for swimming. We were lucky to have less visitors and had moments of swimming alone like in a private pool. The beach is 10 minutes away with shuttle bus and the water is really clean. There is parking in front of the hotel and we easily found a spot every time we came back after sightseeing or a restaurant. The area around the hotel is interesting to visit and there are good restaurants 10-20 min away by car. There are couple of gourmet restaurants with amazing views of the sea and the cliffs. We had wonderful time at Lighthouse Golf & Spa and we will be back next year."

- "This was the second time we stayed at a Sol Hotel since we enjoyed our first visit so much. The first time we stayed at Sol Nessebar Mare (which is next door), this time Sol Nessebar Palace. Palace is slightly superior to Mare, but you won't be disappointed with either and you'll have access to the same grounds and services (not restaurants though). Let's be clear; this isn't a 5 star hotel, but for a family orientated all inclusive, you can't get much better. Don't expect fine dining, but expect variety, plenty for the kids to do, easy access to the beach and the staff are incredibly helpful/pleasant. We had a room with a sea view which was very comfortable and everything we needed was easily within reach. You WON'T go hungry at this resort!"

- "If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way.
