The only negative thing in our stay and only mentioned as the hotel porting service is complicit in this which is quite naughty as you never get asked if you want/need anyone to take your bags a v short distance. - "It took them about 45 from the time I arrived to get me checked in to get it done due to the staff being unable to find my booking. Even after that the room wasn't ready and I was told to find something else to do for another half hour. They only run the A/C at certain hours and only run the water heater at others... not really what I was expecting since I paid over $100 a night for this room. The breakfast was included and okay. The view was very nice and the grounds very well maintained. If I was in the area again I would not stay here again."
