- "The property is beautifully maintained and is situated in a lovely environment." - "Amazing views " - "Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket for drivers which is quite inhumane, given that any other big property does provide basic meals for drivers or is expected of them. We were informed of this by our driver at the end of our 2 nights stay, and that they asked him for ₹500 for a breakfast. Add to that the remote location of the property, which is a bit far away from the nearest populated areas, the driver was forced to drive 20 kms to grab any meals."

- "Lovely n luxurious Stay at The Hridayesh, got a free upgrade from Dlx Villa to a Luxury Villa with Garden. Huge Rooms with luxurious fittings and great designing also the bathroom had a tub and separate shower area. Food was very good and enjoyed the Live Music in the hall. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. The facilities like tea/coffee machines were not there. Instead of central heating, we were given a room heater but it was ineffective and not working. We could not sleep properly. Bad experience."

- "Amazing. The resort is very well designed with open spaces outside the cottages. I will strongly recommend Ground floor cottages facing the lawns. Food was good and overall service was prompt. Resort attracts animals from the jungle, standing right next to Dhela portion of Cobett. The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. The hotel missed daily housekeeping but got it done within 10 minutes of complaining. The food options are limited and room service is dead post 10, so stick to the buffet options perhaps. The rooms are large and quite standard with nothing out of the blue. The TV has all channels available including HD ones which was a happy change."
