- "Grace Bay Club is a fabulous resort with the friendliest staff. Our vacation was wonderful. " - "Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great. "

Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. An a bright note, the bell men Emell and TC were amazing, personable, and full of knowledge about the surrounding businesses. Again, we love the resort and its staff."

We stayed for 6 nights and from the moment we checked in we felt we were in Paradise. Clawdy who checked us in really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Even the General Manager Priseila got involved on the guest level to make us feel welcome. Bottom line this resort is Paradise. We stayed in an ocean view suite with a gorgeous view. The food was great. Every staff member always greeted us to make us feel welcome. We even visited the sister property Blue Haven which was part of our package. In closing I did not anticipate to return to the Turqs anytime soon but we had such a great safe time we are considering going back soon. The beach is private and the staff there work non stop to provide guests with umbrellas, chairs, chilled waters and drink orders from the pool bar. The beach connects to other resorts making pickup for excursions a short walk away. This resort was the most peaceful and relaxing place I have ever stayed. The boat traffic near the beach is minimal and far away due to the private beach swimming area. This added with the quiet and relaxing pool area at night makes for a very relaxing time allowing for a full recharge when returning to your daily routine."

My husband used the fitness room every morning while I preferred a long walk past the shops along other resorts to begin the day. The staff was kind, attentive, and friendly. We enjoyed stand up paddleboarding and kayaking provided by POC staff at the beach. Fluffy beach towels were provided too. Taiwayne the manager led a fun Tuesday evening trivia, which was a nice way to meet fellow POC visitors! Watson assisted all with tuning in the Super bowl on our Youtube TV that is in the room. There are games and books available. Another favorite was the outdoor ping pong table & pool table by the pool. Bernard, Andrea and other staff were great! Location is perfect - walk to grocery store and plenty of restaurants. We walked to/from the Thursday Island Fish Fry (about 25 min for those used to walking). Great decision for us to book with POC! - "It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable and right next to the beach. The pool is a bit odd being in the middle of a dining area. As a result, we didn't see it getting any use. The restaurant on site serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food good, especially on BBQ night, 3 times a week. We found the shower in our room to be a bit dodgy but it was ok. Our bed was very comfortable and every room either has a little lanai/patio or balcony. It is, literally' steps to the ocean. The full sized fridge in our room was very useful as were the beach towels and beach umbrellas. Although it didn't start that way, there ended up being plenty of loungers on the beach too. Good snorkelling direct from the beach too."

- "This was so needed for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We unfortunately and tragically lost a parent prior to coming to Turks and Caicos. The owner of this property helped make our stay private as requested and also help our grievance. It’s was a trip with a lot of fun memories. The property has all kinds of water equipment. So fun paddle boarding everyday I could. Boat excursions are right next to the property, but don’t stay long just pick up and drop off. So east to walk to the Grace bay restaurants. We didn’t leave the area for 11 nights because you could be as remote or active as you wish. We loved it and will be back here in January! I hope it’s open :) thank you!"

Ports of Call Resort is a Canadian, family owned resort which strives on providing excellent customer service, and accommodation that will feel like your home away from home. We believe we offer high value at a competitive price by offering all of the amenities of a much larger resort, but keeping it in a condensed boutique setting.

The apartment is 600 sq. ft. and located on the second floor of the hotel. Please note, there are no elevators in the hotel so guests must be okay with stairs. We have staff that will carry your luggage to and from your room.

Ports of Call Resort is a Canadian, family owned resort which strives on providing excellent customer service, and accommodation that will feel like your home away from home. The apartment is 600 sq. ft. and located on the second floor of the hotel. Please note, there are no elevators in the hotel so guests must be okay with stairs. We have staff that will carry your luggage to and from your room.

The All Inclusive package is optional and can be purchased from the resort directly upon check-in. Adults is $150 per person per day. Children ages 4-12 are half price and children 3 and under are free. Bracelets will be given to each person in the Resort which allows you and your guests access to restaurants, bars, entertainment and premium liquor and non-alcoholic drinks at the Alexandra Resort.
