We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great. "

Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We stayed for 6 nights and from the moment we checked in we felt we were in Paradise. Clawdy who checked us in really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He assisted us throughout our stay with recommendations and was very thorough from assisting us with dinner reservations ,room amenities, excursions etc... Even the General Manager Priseila got involved on the guest level to make us feel welcome. Bottom line this resort is Paradise. We stayed in an ocean view suite with a gorgeous view. The food was great. Every staff member always greeted us to make us feel welcome. We even visited the sister property Blue Haven which was part of our package. In closing I did not anticipate to return to the Turqs anytime soon but we had such a great safe time we are considering going back soon. Kudos to Alexandria resort they have what it takes to be a 5 star resort!!!"
