We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great. "
