- "This my first time writing an internet review, seriously, because this place and the owner were absolutely perfect. Nestled between two Kimpton and Westin is this quiet and more affordable option. It was a little mysterious on the listing, I wasn't sure if there was some hidden prpblem, and almost considered a low to mid tier resort, not as close to seven mile beach, we almost missed this gem! The onsite amenities are really fabulous, if I had known more about them I'd have been quicker to book: a bakery, a steakhouse, a small grocery store, a healthy restaurant, a high end gym, small pools with outdoor grills and many other things including restaurants and bars literally downstairs. All that, but not noisy, a quiet piece of beach, and chill local vibe. If you're thinking Grand Cayman, seven mile beach is where you want to be. We were so lucky to find this place, and Christian picked us up at the airport and even gave us a ride to a local event. Never experienced this type of customer service, but also lived like a local in an apartment setting. Super safe and luxurious. My advice, book this place now at a very good value, because in a couple years the word will be out. We would give the management and property the highest recommendation possible. "

Not only was Ocean Paradise helpful, but they even had their cleaning staff move our luggage from the first house to the second." - "Wonderful property! We enjoyed our stay very much! You really have no place to go on the beach and you can’t go in the water anywhere near the house unless you wear water shoes. It’s actually quite beautiful but really not useful. Even if you want to snorkel you will have a difficult time. When we arrived and unloaded our groceries we discovered that the refrigerator wasn’t working and I made a phone call and they told me that we could use the refrigerator in the house next door because the unit was currently not rented. They sent someone over the next morning to fix the refrigerator. Also the swimming pool is really nice but it was really cold and not warm enough to swim in so I asked to have it warmed up a bit and they did turn it up the next day. The house and the property are really nice and the location is great. Beds are very comfortable. It’s bigger than we needed as it was just my wife and I but we waited too long to find something and this was available. Groceries on the island are expensive. Actually everything on the island is expensive so if you are looking to go somewhere and get by cheap this isn’t the island to come to. We met Janet the cleaning lady and housekeeper and she is wonderful. If you are lucky enough to run into her be sure to say hello as she is a gift from god. Loved her. We would recommend this stay but if you are looking for great beaches and swimming it’s not gonna check that box."

- "Great layout and easy access to beachfront with no crowds. " - "We just returned from an amazing 12-night stay at the Beachcomber, unit 41, yesterday. The 7th floor 3BR/3BA condo was immaculately decorated and had an amazing view of the beach from the kitchen, living room, outside patio, and master bedroom. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were sparkling. Technology abounds with the remote controls that can access cable TV/AppleTV on the 85” TV in the living room and the big screens in the bedrooms as well as the lights/chandeliers. The property management team is top notch, including Shenita, Fabiola, Lauren, and Emily. When the AV system needed resetting, Emily came up and was able to get it fixed in short order. The beach and pool have plenty of seating available within steps of the water and the beach is full of the softest sand and calmest water. There are plenty of restaurant options across the street including the excellent Lloyd’s Smokehouse, The Falls Steakhouse, and The Hive. Luca is a 3 minute walk down the street for an amazing Sunday brunch. We opted to order groceries for delivery and use the fully equipped kitchen to cook breakfasts and grill the occasional dinner on the 2 grills by the pool a few nights. Management team assisted with granting the delivery folks access when we were down at the beach and we came back to a stocked refrigerator or freezer. Housekeeping came every day except Sundays to replenish bath/pool towels, clean counters/floors/bathrooms and remove trash. We loved it! Thank you!"

This is a very cozy and comfortable large bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is located in heart of George Town in Grand Cayman.
Talking about the location, NO there is no beaches right outside the door. But If you intend to drive nothing is too far here. You drive not more than 5 minuets to most places (airport, grocery shopping, shopping plazas, town, hospital)
10-12minutes walk to the bus depot where you get buses to go around the island and bus fare is 2 KY dollars (2.5 US Dollars)
10 minutes drive to very popular seven miles beach and 5-7 minutes drive to Smith Cove beach.
