No need to worry about propane, as a spare tank is always on hand.

We are just 50 feet from the water—so close you could toss a shell into it from the pool. While our beach boasts beautiful white sand, it is naturally mixed with coral and rock formations. Entering the water requires some caution, as the shoreline consists of ironshore, making the first 20 feet into the bay somewhat slippery. Depending on the season, sea urchins may be present in the crevices of the rock. However, once past this point, you’ll enjoy crystal-clear waters and some of the best snorkeling on the island. For comfort and safety, we highly recommend wearing pool or water shoes.

Welcome to Calypso Blue, a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury oceanfront villa nestled in the beautiful and peaceful North Side of Grand Cayman. Beautiful views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea greet you as you enter Calypso Blue. With a well laid out floor plan, Calypso Blue is an ideal villa for multiple groups to stay without feeling cramped or lacking in privacy. It is an excellent villa for couples and families, young and old.

Calypso Blue has an oceanfront saltwater pool with an expansive sandy beach (protected by ironshore at the shoreline) with excellent coral reef snorkeling out the back door. A large oceanfront screened patio (newly refinished in 2023) with ceiling fans is the perfect place to dine or relax after a day of sun and surf. Equipped with a large sectional sofa and coffee table, two comfortable lounge chairs with end table, and two dining tables (seating up to 12), there is plenty of room for relaxation and Al Fresco dining while listening to the sounds of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Just off the patio, you will find a charcoal grill, as well as a four-burner propane grill for a great sea-side barbecue.

The 3,600 sq. ft. open floor plan features a large brand-new kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, full complement of small appliances including two blenders, crockpot, electric kettle, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, standard 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric griddle, and coffee bean grinder, to name a few! A large breakfast bar (seating up to 4), and vaulted ceiling with fan complete the expansive kitchen.

Just off the kitchen, Calypso Blue is equipped with a full laundry room consisting of two pairs of high efficiency Samsung washer and dryers.

Calypso Blue has two expansive living areas, both featuring large flat-screen TVs with smart TV features and cable plan. There is comfortable seating and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax! Large expandable dining table just outside the kitchen accommodates our guests in comfort. The screened porch offers two rectangular dining tables which will seat our guests in comfort for amazing Al Fresco dining. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms, kitchen and living areas.

A unique feature of Calypso Blue, that our guests love, is our private two bedroom wing. The Wing allows multiple families to stay in privacy. 2 Oceanview King Master suites with Ensuite baths and 2 Queen bedrooms (Wing) with shared large bathroom with shower on Main level. Upstairs, you will find 2 spacious twin bedrooms and shared bathroom with shower. Our twin beds can be easily converted to King beds if desired. 3 of the first floor bedrooms have beautiful ocean views with access to the large screened oceanfront patio. The 4th bedroom with queen bed has a private garden view to the east. All four downstairs bedrooms feature full length mirrors, with plenty of closet space in each bedroom, and luggage racks for your bags. In addition to lamps on each nightstand, each room is equipped with recessed, dimmable, LED lighting.

Calypso Blue has four dedicated Air Conditioning units that serve the upstairs rooms, Wing bedrooms, Kitchen and Living areas, and Master bedrooms. In addition, all bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are equipped with ceiling fans. This allows our guests to relax in comfort.

Calypso Blue is a short drive away from the East End Resorts and restaurants, a few minutes from the famous Rum Point and Starfish Point and associated water-sport activities as well as Espresso shop for that morning coffee! The snorkeling directly offshore of Calypso Blue is amazing and well documented in various snorkel blogs. Calypso Blue is within short walking distance to a small grocery store, post office, and a quaint but well-stocked public library - perfect for children on a rainy day. George Town, Seven Mile Beach and the airport are about a 30-35 minute drive away, so a vehicle rental is a must. Ring Video Doorbell, and floodlight cameras are present for added security. Our beach at Calypso Blue is protected by ironshore at the shoreline with plenty of white sand for our guests to enjoy. A poured concrete access path for access to the water with kayaks and for snorkeling. There is excellent reef protected snorkeling at Calypso Blue. Water shoes/ fins are advised for foot protection in the water, given the abundant marine life and coral.

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years across the Caribbean. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. We do make every effort to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.

The homes are situated on 2 1/2 acres with over 500' of white sandy beach and sheltered, private, in ground, swimming pool, shared between the two houses. There is a four bedroom house and a one bedroom house. There is nice privacy between the two houses. The property is ideal for those who wish to relax in a hammock in the shade of a cabana, or those who wish to dive the wall a short distance from shore. Locals claim this is the best beach for shelling, strolling and watching the sunset over Little Cayman. We are the last property on the end of the island. Our beach is the turtle nesting beach on Cayman Brac. June through November turtles can be observed in the evening scooping out the sand preparing for their egg laying. Check out the tropicalrunaway website to see a photo of a giant green sea turtle on our beach. We also have nesting Loggerhead and Hawksbill sea turtles. Other resident wildlife on the island that are fun to observe are the nesting Brown Boobies on the bluff in March and April and the large Iguanas that live down the road year round.

The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king bed and a single bed. There is an ensuite and a walk in closet. The other upstairs bedroom has an extremely comfortable king bed and a single bed/daybed. There is an ensuite and a walk in closet. Comfortable beds are a top priority for us. The two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom. There are two queen bed, same outstanding quality and the other a queen that is slightly firmer for those that prefer that type of bed. No tossing and turning all night because of a hard or lumpy bed! The house is ideal for 3 couples to share, or 3 couples with young children. Children sharing with their parents are free. It also suits 2 couples with 2 to 4 older children (the kids can share the lower level bedrooms and bathroom). I recommend larger groups consider reserving the entire property for their group. Groups of 8 adults will really enjoy being able to spread out between the 2 houses and having access to 2 kitchens/fridges.

This cheerfully decorated small resort of oceanfront villas is perfectly located to take advantage of the fresh sea breezes and a magnificent view of the shimmering Caribbean sea. It has a sandy & rocky beach and the snorkeling in front of the villas is fantastic. It's about a 35 minute drive from the airport and George Town but only minutes to a few restaurants (Over the Edge, Rum Point and Kaibo), beach bars, watersport shops (Red Sail Sports at Rum Point), activities (Crystal Caves) and a small grocery store (Chisholm’s).

The living and relaxing here is easy. Head to the private beach and snorkel the colourful reef just offshore or jump in the double kayak and explore the picturesque shoreline. Alternatively, you can walk right out your door to the freshwater pool, located in the center of the complex, and relax in peace with the coconut trees for shade! Since Mahogany Point is a small-scale resort on Grand Cayman’s quiet North Coast, the beach and pool are often pleasantly deserted.

If you are looking for some activity, however, Rum Point—with its beach bar, restaurant, and watersports shop—is just a 10-minute drive away. The Botanical Gardens are a lovely way to spend an afternoon learning about the local flora and fauna! The Crystal Caves are a spectacular new attraction, located right in North Side, and of course the Bioluminescent tour is breath-taking, but is seasonal, so please check to see if it is on before you arrive, as reservations are required!

Inside Mahogany Point, a lovely, welcoming space awaits you and your guests. The villa provides a queen bed in the master, with an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom upstairs has a king bed as well, with a bathroom for guests use. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has 2 twins and another full bathroom, so there is plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook your own meals and enjoy your favourite dish. Also, there is a grill on the patio, with charcoal and lighter fluid on site. We recommend picking up some fresh seafood, either at Rum Point, or speak to your Property Manager, and enjoy it on the patio with the sunset breezes, cool night air and a Caribbean cocktail!

- "This was a rescheduled trip from July due to Covid restrictions for my 3 kids (adults to teens) to celebrate our milestones turning 50, 21, and 18 plus a college and high school graduation with my mom and sister. The villa at Mahogany Point is a piece of paradise with the beach steps away as well as the Coral Garden reef. We enjoyed sitting outside in the different areas to eat, read, relax, and enjoy the starry skies at night. Loved hearing the sound of the waves from the master bedroom upstairs, starry skies, and waking up to beautiful sunrises and enjoying the colorful skies at sunset. There is plenty of snorkel gear you can use even though we brought our own. The book that everyone writes in has great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend the Bioluminescent Snorkel, Stingray City, Starfish Point, and snorkeling with the turtles at Cayman Turtle Center. I bought a waterproof Body Glove case for my iPhone and worth the $20 with the pictures I took of the turtles and the reef just steps away. Mark and his wife have a beautiful place and it was hard to leave when our vacation was over. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mahogany Point 5. It will be something we remember for many years."

This property has many “toys” to play with such as kayaks (1) and paddleboards (4) to explore the cove, and if you are lucky enough you can paddle out at night to catch the amazing light show in the water produced by mother nature herself, the bioluminescence! The dock allows you the option to easily rent a boat for a few days or your whole stay! There are also bicycles (7) to explore the surrounding area, and we suggest heading over to Star Fish Point for a swim and snorkel and to watch the sunset!

Just a quick drive out of the area (5-15 minutes) will lead you to some of the best restaurants the island has to offer as well as a corner store, a full grocery store and some amazing activities like the Crystal Caves. A rental car is recommended as this property is about 45 minutes from the Airport.

Cannot say enough about the snorkeling on this island, but we found one of the best places was in our own backyard! About 200 yards up the beach to the right, and about 30-50 feet out, was an amazing little coral reef with an incredible array of fish, rays and sharks! We stayed during an incredibly hot week- about 95 and sunny every day with a heat index between 110-115, but the pool and covered porch made it more than bearable! Nothing better than sitting in your own private pool and looking out at the beautiful colors of the Caribbean Sea to make you forget about all your troubles! - "Stayed at Coral Loft for a week at beg of August with our family of seven. We had a fantastic trip and thoroughly enjoyed the property, which was exactly as advertised. Beautiful location on the beach, including deck with a pool with great views of the water. Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the Rum Point area with the one drawback being it is a long drive to the other parts of the island. But worth it for the beauty and solitude of the area in our opinion"

- "The condo was exactly as described in the listing, location was super close to Kaibo Restaurant, the ferry to Camama Bay, bio-luminescent bay and starfish point. We had two very minor needs during a stay, and owner response was super prompt. Highlight was watching sunset from the beach in front of the condo, stunning!" - "The property was beautiful and right on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked which as minor as that seems is very very helpful so you don't have to buy condiments and seasonings if you want to cook. The beach is not a great swimming beach but the sunsets are beautiful.! Starfish point is within walking distance so we swam there. we took the kayaks out many times even kayaked out to the reef and stingray city. There is a pool for the community and even though it's for everybody we were the only people in it the entire week. Fosters, the larger grocery store is a little bit of a drive but we stocked up on our way in and then there is a little local grocery store which really had a lot of the small things we needed here and there."

The luxuries of the house and the proximity to the water in addition to an incredible jet-ski excursion with Fat Fish Adventures made for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Stingray City and hanging out on the sandbar in front of the house are must-dos. Walk right off the deck onto the beach for a day of adventure. Take a romantic stroll along the beach for a relaxing afternoon at the beach. Or send your kids down to the waterfront to explore the beach, build sandcastles, or search for shells and marine life.

A unique ship wreck sits right out-front the unit! You can snorkel out to the wreck for a truly exciting day exploring the sunken ship. Many fish and critters can be found swimming out front the villa year-round.

The complex is quiet and family friendly. The soft and quiet waves are the only noise most evenings. Sit out on the patio to enjoy an evening of relaxing with a book or glass of wine.

Welcome to Sundance, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury oceanfront villa nestled in the beautiful and peaceful North Side of Grand Cayman near the world famous Rum Point. Beautiful views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea greet you as you enter Sundance. With a well laid out floor plan, Sundance is an excellent villa for couples and families, young and old.

Sundance has an oceanfront 10 x 44 ft LED lit pool with an expansive sandy beach with amazing views right out the back door. The expansive pool deck is the perfect place to dine or relax after a day of sun and surf. Just off the patio, you will find a four-burner propane grill for a great sea-side barbecue.
On the east side of the pool deck is a newly installed 10’x13’ cantilever umbrella which provides a nice shade option when dining and lounging outside.
The 3,400 sq. ft. open floor plan features a large brand-new kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, full complement of small appliances including a blender, crockpot, electric kettle, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, standard 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric griddle, and coffee bean grinder, to name a few! A large breakfast bar (seating up to 3) completes the kitchen area.

Sundance has an expansive living area, featuring large flat-screen Smart TV with cable plan. There are two comfortable sofas, two recliners and arm-chair seating with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax! Large expandable dining table just beyond the kitchen accommodates our guests in comfort. The pool deck offers a square dining table which will seat up to 8 guests in comfort for amazing Al Fresco dining. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms and living areas.

Sundance features 2 oceanfront King Bedrooms, one with Ensuite bathroom on the East side of the house, the other King oceanfront bedroom on the west side of the house has a shared full bathroom with tub / shower combination with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms (King) have beautiful ocean views with access to the expansive pool deck with sliders. The 3rd (twin) bedroom has a garden view to the south at the front of the villa. All bedrooms feature full length mirrors, with plenty of closet space in each bedroom, and luggage racks for your bags. In addition to lamps on each nightstand, each room is equipped with recessed, dimmable, LED lighting.

Sundance has 2 dedicated Air Conditioning units that serve the Living area, and bedrooms respectively. This allows our guests to relax in comfort.

Full size high efficiency LG washer and dryer and utility sink, located off kitchen in dedicated laundry room/ pantry. A powder bathroom off the kitchen is directly adjacent.

Sundance is a short drive away from the world famous Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish Point and all it has to offer including watersports, fabulous dining, and ferry service to Camana Bay. There is also an Espresso shop at Kaibo, for that amazing morning coffee and breakfast sandwich, or afternoon snack. East End Resorts and fabulous restaurants are a short drive away. A small grocery and liquor store is a just few minutes east of Sundance. The snorkeling directly offshore of Sundance is amazing and well documented in various snorkel blogs. The airport and Georgetown, the capitol of the Cayman Islands are about a 30-35 minute drive away, so a vehicle rental is a must.

Sundance has a Ring Doorbell, and three Ring security cameras along the front corners of the property.

***Beach Notes***

Our beach at Sundance is a white sandy beach to the shoreline with ample space to spread out and unwind! There is excellent reef protected snorkeling at Sundance. Water shoes/ fins are advised for foot protection in the water, given the abundant marine life and coral.

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years across the Caribbean. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. We do make every effort to remove heavy sargassum and will have the a large section of the beach raked prior to your arrival, however we cannot control Mother Nature and there will be times where seagrass accumulates.

LOCATION
Set in the best location in Cayman Kai, yet the house and beach are landscaped to give full privacy with no overlooking from other properties.
The house is on a large double plot with a 200ft wide beach, which is only accessible from the house.
The location is fantastic, being less than 5 mins walk to the Kaibo Beach Club, which provides breakfast coffee and pastries, great casual dining throughout the day and regular evening entertainment. The Kaibo marina is the pick up point for the regular ferry to Camana Bay. Rum Point is a 20 mins walk away, where the renovated beach club is located.
43 is easily accessible by boat from Camana Bay and the Seven Mile Beach area. In addition, it is not affected by weekend boat crowds and sargassam seaweed, which can detract from the beauty of this area. Starfish Point is a couple of minutes walk away and can be seen from the dock. Fortunately, many of the starfish have migrated down to the villa's beach to avoid the crowds
This part of Cayman Kai is a protected marine park and the water is crystal clear. The ocean bed has turtle-grass, which is teeming with life - lots of crabs, fish, nurse sharks, small rays and plenty of starfish, which have migrated from Starfish Point to avoid the crowds. Snorkelling is must!

OUTSIDE SPACES
The huge pool deck and beach have so many areas to relax and socialise, that even a large group will have space to breathe.

- Entrance: Tropical landscaping, providing a private entrance and shady parking for up to 6 cars.

- Beach: The beach is landscaped away from neighbouring propertis, so that guests can relax in complete seclusion.
The beach has many palm trees to provide shade from the heat of the sun and various seating areas to take in the view, the shade, the sun or the ocean breezes. There are 6 hammocks in the corner of the beach which has the most shade and breeze and which provides a restful place to doze or relax. There are 8 sun loungers.
The mangrove on the waters edge is a haven for fish and the rock pools along the waters edge provide an idea habitat for crabs and other sea-life to splash about.
There are beach games, eg cornhole, boules, beach cricket, bat & ball, football. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle-boards for exploring the ocean.

- Pool: The 50 ft pool has an infinity edge facing the ocean. Steps lead from the lounge deck into the shallow end and the depth increases to about 9ft at the deep end. There is a seat along the length of the pool, so that guests can relax whilst cooling in the pool.

The house has 2000 sq ft of outside covered space, enabling guests to relax and socialise outside in comfort.
- Covered Veranda: The veranda has ample lounge seating and 2 day beds for guests to relax in the shade. Ceiling fans under the veranda provide an additional breeze for guest comfort.

- Covered outdoor dining: The outdoor, covered entertaining area on the pool deck, has an outdoor BBQ kitchen and seating for 12 and is great for long, lazy lunches or dinner under the stars. There is an additional kids teak table with 2 chairs

- Balcony on first floor: There is a 500 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, which is accessible from the 2 master bedrooms on the first floor. The balcony has lounge seating for guests who wish to relax in the, whilst enjoying the magnificent view.

INSIDE SPACES
The house is newly renovated in an airy and contemporary style and gives 6000 sq ft of internal AC space. The house feels very spacious with large lounge, game and kitchen spaces - plenty of room for your group. The house is full of light, with extensive glazing to maximise the wonderful views over the beach and ocean.

- Great Room: The oceanfront great room is the indoor focal point of this home with its high ceilings and floor to ceiling galzing leading to the veranda and pool deck. There is a 75" smart TV with Sonos Arc soundbar. The games area has a pool table for you and your guests to enjoy.

- Kitchen / dining/ family Room: Inside, a contemporary chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a huge fridge and freezer, a Miele steam oven, a Miele 30" oven, Bosch induction hob and Bosch dishwasher. The large quartz island is a natural gathering place.

- Pantry: Shelved pantry off the main kitchen, which is stocked with additional kitchen equipment. The pantry has ample space for all your groceries and includes a beverage fridge.

- Laundry Room: Washing machine, dryer, additional dishwasher and cleaning equipment, in case guests require it. A starter pack of washing tabs & fabric conditioner will be provided.

#43 is configured to sleep up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and is most suitable for up to 8 adults, with 4 children on the 2 day / truckle beds, which each convert to 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.

Ground Floor

- Master bedroom & Ensuite: The room includes a king size bed, large leather armchair and walnut chest of drawers. There are floor to ceiling sliding doors, which lead out to the shady iroko deck and seating - ocean facing. The fully-tiled ensuite is disabled-friendly, with a high WC, seat in the shower and lowered basin. The wet-room floor is one level and doorways can accommocate a wheelchair.

- Family bedroom & Ensuite: There is a family bedroom suitable for children or adults and includes a 65" smart TV, with Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Netflix. There is a double bed and a day/truckle bed, which converts to 2 single beds. There is a large picture window to the front garden. The fully-tiled ensuite bathroom is a wet-room, with wall-hung WC, spacious shower area and vanity unit with Duravit counter-top basin.

- Outdoor kitchen & dining: Thor gas BBQ and smoker. There is seating for 12 at the long teak table, plus seating for 2 toddlers on the adjacent kids teak table. The seating is covered and has lighting for the evening.

- Indoor kitchen & dining: Miele 30" oven, plus Miele steam oven and Bosch induction hob. There is a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, mini chopper, hand mixer, blender and all the pots, pans and kitchen equipment you could ever need. The serveware is Royal Doulton and Heals and there is ample Royal Doulton melamine picnicware for use outside or for the kids.

Keen chefs will enjoy the integrated gas BBQ and the smoker on the pool deck. In the kitchen, there are 2 Miele ovens, a Bosch induction hob and microwave. The kitchen is full equipt with Royal Doulton crockery and picnic ware, Nespresso coffee machine and every pan and utensil you could need in the adjacent pantry.

STAFF AND VILLA SERVICES
Upon arrival, your on-island property manager will meet and greet you, to answer any quetions you may have about the area the provide a tour of the villa.
Your property manager can also arrange additional housekeeping services or baby-sitting should you require it. Grocery delivery can be ordered in advance of your arrival with pre-stocking handled by the property manager free of charge.

For those guests who require more personal service at the villa, our concierge partner is able to provide a full butler service, which is truely exceptional. All services are bespoke to exactly match your requirements.

The groundsman will maintain the beach and garden once a week - usually on a Saturday.
The pool is maintained once a week - usually on Thusday mornings.

GETTING AROUND
Cayman Kai is a quiet, upmarket neighbourhood, with very light vehicle traffic, which means that taking strolls with the family or daily exercise are safe and pleasant. Whilst Kaibo and Rum Point are within walking distance, a car is necessary for groceries and exploring the island.

- "We stayed at this house with 8 people total, 6 adults and 2 children. The Lisa and Marva were absolutely fantastic before and during the stay. They made sure we had everything we needed for the kids before we arrived and were very helpful with surrounding activities and restaurants. Cayman Kai is the perfect spot for a family vacation. We spent some dinners at Kaibo and Rum Point which were both fantastic. We took the ferry over to the city one night from Kaibo (5 min walk from the house) which was also very fun. The accommodation exceeded expectations by a landslide. There’s really no need to leave the property at all. We swam, fished and sat on the dock everyday. The marine life on the property was also amazing. So many starfish, fish, jellyfish (which didn’t sting) and even a small nurse shark (harmless) was spotted right from the dock! The beach was amazing to lounge on with the hammocks and lounge chairs. The kids played in the sand and swam in the beautiful pool everyday. The entire outdoor space seriously looked like a green screen it was so perfect. The interior of the house was just as spectacular. It was so spacious and the rooms were incredible. Each bedroom has an ensuite which we loved and rainfall showers that we all decided we want built at our houses at home haha. The house was spotless when we arrived and Marva came to clean halfway through the week which was awesome. I can’t say enough about this house. We didn’t want to leave and we will be returning!"

Southern Reach was custom built in 2008 on the South shore of Cayman Brac. This stunning shore front home is located just 100 feet from the ocean's edge with amazing views and a comfortable breeze all year long. Our recently added in ground pool is just off our porch, fronts the ocean and is very private. There is an outside shower off the side of the house.

The home offers privacy and all the modern conveniences of home. There are two private bedrooms which face the ocean and have a sliding door access to the porch. The left bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, and nightstands. There is also a guest closet in this room. Its bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the main room and features a tiled shower stall.

The right bedroom has a king bed. This bedroom's bath is accessible only through the bedroom and does not have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom which has a bathtub with a shower door. This room features a dresser, and nightstand. The owner's closet is in this room and is kept locked. The porch is accessible through the sliding door from this bedroom as well.

The main living area is an open floor concept. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals in house. There is a stove, fridge with icemaker in door, and dishwasher as well as the standard small appliances. The living area has two futon couches, a coffee table and tv on a stand. There are an assortment of DVDs and CDs as well as a lending library of books. There is a table that seats up to 5 off the kitchen area.

The living room has two sliding glass doors that access the breeze-cooled, open air porch. There are two cozy hammocks and an assortment of lounge chairs on the porch. Steps lead down to the pool which has a maxim depth of 5 feet. A bench was built into the shallow end to allow you to sit, relax and enjoy a cool beverage. The area on our porch and yard to the waters edge is totally private.

The house has three split unit air conditioners, washer and dryer, dishwasher, wireless broadband internet, 32 inch smart flat screen tv in living room, one 20 inch flat screen smart tv in left bedroom, Dish network, satellite tv, DVD, CD stereos with I Phone connect, and all the other amenities you would expect in a modern home.

An open air, private shower is located off the porch. The porch has both hammocks and lounge chairs for a nap, reading, or just taking in the refreshing ocean views and breeze. There is a coral stone shore line. Beachcombing begins right out your back door and is amazing. Beautiful sea birds will happily soar above you as you search for washed up treasure. Natural flora surrounds you, as you are located in the Cayman Country.

Explore the island with its many sites, spend a day diving or snorkeling, take a walk on the beach and find some treasures, wander the nature trails in search of native birds, unwind with a wonderful meal in one of the colorful local restaurants, explore the many caves, take in all the beauty around you, then come home to relax in your own private beach house. The Cayman Islands are rated in the top five world wide destinations for diving.

- "The pictures do not do it justice. The constantly rolling blue waves were exactly what we were looking for. The house was immaculate, perfectly placed and a gem. Lynn was also amazing, in that she took us to the house and to the market (with us following her in the rental car). It was an adjustment to drive on the left, but there's no traffic and it added to the experience. I would definitely recommend that you do rent a car so that you can explore the island a bit. For those of us that may have to do some work while there...the wifi was reliable and relatively quick. - "We stayed with my parents and our two teen daughters. We all agreed that the pictures online didn’t do this house justice. The house was huge, beautiful, and immaculate. The views were just breathtaking and and pool was amazing. Highly recommend. Blue Rock restaurant was just a couple of minutes away by the health center if anyone needs a close, really good restaurant. It only took us 30 to and from the airport too, which was a pleasant surprise. Rum Point was only 10-15 min drive to Rum Point Club restaurant was our favorite. Thanks for the great house!
