You also have free access to the outdoor pool at the Island Lake House. With the amenity card, you have access to all the club restaurants, two championship golf courses, the island’s world-class Racquet Center with fifteen Har-Tru composition tennis courts, and an equestrian center. The Lake House has a fully-equipped fitness center overlooking the lake and an Olympic-sized indoor heated swimming pool. Activity fees will be charged for golf, tennis, indoor Lake House activities and equestrian rides. While you’re here, walk the island beach end to end, and discover the varied terrain of lagoons, maritime forest, and dunes of North Beach and Pelican Beach.

The scenic, low-country is the perfect place for biking. After booking, we will provide you information for bike rental services. Bikes can be delivered directly to the bike rack in the parking lot across from the villa and picked up when you leave. Paved bike trails connect Seabrook Island with Bohicket Marina (cute shops, restaurants, and outstanding views of river and marsh), Freshfield’s Shopping Village (gourmet foods, grocery store, Starbucks, eclectic shops, post office, pharmacy, urgent care center), and Kiawah Island. Both Seabrook and Kiawah have hard-packed sand enabling you to ride on the beach at low tide. Although Seabrook Island is private, the public is welcome to visit the shops and restaurants on Kiawah Island.

You could also visit nearby historic and colorful Charleston, SC, named “Top City in the U.S” by Conde Nast Traveler readers. • We have removed the comforter and pillow shams from the king-sized bed and extra blankets from the closet.
• We have installed hypoallergenic, waterproof protectors on the mattress and the four KS pillows. Reliable Property Managers cleaning staff has been instructed to launder the bed sheets and white cotton blanket after every guest departure. On arrival, all bed sheets, including the blanket, should be clean. Please bring your own comforter and extra blanket(s) if you desire.
• We removed the living room throw.
• Reliable Property Managers will continue to have their staff clean all the high-touch areas in the villa with disinfectant (including door handles, light switches, counters, etc.).
• We installed a keyless front door lock so our guests will have the option of using a four-digit code to open the lock or carrying a key.
• Access to villa and welcome packet will be sent electronically. To avoid contact with amenity card staff, guests can arrange to pick up their amenity cards in a lockbox outside the amenity office by designating this on their amenity card form.

This 2 BR 2 BA Dune Crest detached cottage was recently renovated including a new kitchen and new furnishings. One of the best views of the golf course on the island! LONG, elevated views of two different holes of the Crooked Oaks Course.

The oversized deck has a wraparound view through the oak trees of the 1st fairway AND 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course. The deck also features a full stainless gas grill, a large teak table with 6 chairs, low-voltage lighting that comes on automatically at dusk, and cafe string lights.

Inside, walls of glass showcase the views of the golf course and surrounding oaks and palms. The kitchen has white modern cabinetry, granite counters, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge and freezer with ice maker, full-size range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a large island for prep. There are dark hardwood floors throughout the house for easy cleaning.

The kitchen is open to the living and dining area. The dining table seats 3 comfortably, and the 4th chair is stored in the living room. Or, enjoy a meal outside on the deck at the large table and 6 chairs and enjoy the view!

The living room features two reclining leather chairs, and a white futon sofa (sleeps 1 child). There is also a 32” LED HDTV with HDTV programming along with on-demand access. The entire home is full of photographs from around Charleston and Seabrook.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and attached full bath. The 4 floor-to-ceiling windows are inches away from an ancient oak tree! There are built-in shelves for storage, two closets, and a small desk and chair. There is also a 39” LED HDTV in this room with over 100 channels and HD programming.

The guest room features beautiful, unobstructed views of the 1st fairway and bunker of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course from 4 floor-to-ceiling windows. This room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 2). There is also a tall dresser, and built in closet. There is a 39” LED HDTV in this room with over 100 channels as well. The guest room is just a couple of feet from the second full bath in the hallway.

Both bathrooms feature tile floors, updated vanities, new light fixtures, rainfall shower heads, and waffle-weave shower curtains.

Underneath the home are two South Carolina rope hammocks and low-voltage lighting. There are views of the golf course down here as well!

This home comes with an initial supply of towels, hand soap, and cleaning supplies. An initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided as well. A washer and dryer is also located in the basement with access via the spiral staircase.

4 beach cruisers (all 26”) and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with built-in coolers and backpack straps are provided for your use as well.

Seabrook Island guests can use all beach accesses for free. Guests may also use the outdoor pool at The Lake House and playground for only an amenity card deposit fee. The two oceanfront pools (seasonal), club restaurants, equestrian, tennis, and golf require an amenity card. An amenity card may be obtained at the Club Amenity Office for $50 per day or $300 per week. Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. You must order your amenity card at least 48 hours before the first day you plan to use it (if one is desired).

The view is great and we were fortunate to have 6 nice bucks feed 30 yards in front of us one evening. Getting to the river/ ocean was easy and nice. Newly painted and decorated, the villa's location allows much quicker access to shopping and dining areas and is closer to Charleston.

Bay Pointe Villas, located just outside the Seabrook Island gate, is nestled on a peninsula surrounded by marsh and creeks. The location offers excellent privacy, a private pool, a dock, and SUNSET VIEWS overlooking Bohicket Creek. The pool facility grounds have outdoor grills, picnic tables and a wash station.

Bay Pointe Villas are just 3 miles from both Seabrook Beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Sound side of the Island. Enjoy white, fluffy beach sand at North Beach on the Atlantic side with a gorgeous 1-mile walk to Captain Sam's Inlet and views of Kiawah Island. The beaches on the island's sound side offer direct sunset views and calm waters.

Biking is an excellent way to see the island. Several bike rental companies will deliver and pick up the bikes at the condo.

To top all that off this condo was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful and themed to being on the coast. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning while sitting on the porch with your cup of coffee. Every evening we made our way down the dock to see some of the prettiest sunsets. It was very quite and peaceful in Bay Point. Also, we took advantage of the pool that was just a few steps away from our condo. We will definitely be back!"

Your condo has a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin bed in an ottoman and another twin bed in the chair-and-a-half and a queen-sized all-night air mattress. Linens and limited bath and kitchen soaps are provided. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are already on the deck with your patio furniture. Enjoy 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. Enjoy heart of pine flooring, 2 smart TVs programmed for Netflix, Hulu and all local cable channels along with upgraded Wi-Fi with enhanced speed. The full kitchen includes Keurig and Mister Coffee machines, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms have hair dryers and sets of towels.

Complimentary Digital Amenity Cards are included for your free access to Seabrook Island`s private club amenities including: all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, indoor pool, gym, 3 country club restaurants, marina, docks and shops, 2 golf courses, library, equestrian center and tennis and pickleball courts. Daily use of the gym and indoor pool costs $15/day and discounted packages are available. The amenity card has a refundable $15 deposit.

We accept dogs only under 35 lbs but call if over for special breed consideration. The per pet fee is $175. Our white furniture is covered, but extra dog linens and crates are appreciated. This is a NO Smoking condo. Smokeless electric grill is provided as Seabrook Island does not allow using any grill, cooker or heating device heated by fire.

Please provide your email and phone number so that we may send you the Guest and Vehicle Registration forms for your electronic signature. Your $115 reservation fees include the vehicle parking pass for your entire stay.

Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the 2025 season! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bed, two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

We were in town to see the Dave Matthews Band concert in Charleston and my husband's birthday. We spent a day in Charleston. We didn't mind the 45 min drive at all since our area was so nice. We frequented Java Java at Freshfield Village which was very close. The grocery store and gas station there were so convenient. Though we had to drive to it, the beach access wasn't bad at all. It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it. The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!"

The condo was vey clean and homey, lots of beach reads available. Near beach access (about 5 min drive) and lake house amenities included. We did not purchase a beach club amenities card, but if you have little kids and want a pool, then it might be worth it. Our teens prefer the surf. Check out the island activities on their Facebook page, we were able to see sea turtle babies leave their nest and walk to the sea. I would wholly recommend a stay here and we will probably be back."
