1938 Bohicket Marina is so comfortable and well appointed, it feels like a true home away from home. Enjoy upscale living area furnishings, a large flat screen SMART TV for streaming your favorite shows, a fully renovated kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets and modern stainless steel appliances, and a dining area to share delicious Lowcountry favorites.
The spacious bedroom is updated with wood flooring, plantation shutters, upscale furnishings, a flat screen TV and a high quality king mattress and bedding for a restful night. This recently renovated end unit is located on the first floor of the building, an easy 6 steps into the front door. As you enter the property, you’ll immediately notice nine feet, floor-to-ceiling windows with a spectacular view of the dunes, the Pelican Watch complex and boardwalks. An eight-foot sliding door provides easy access to the covered deck. The outdoor bistro table provides seating for four and serves up awesome views of a nearby palmetto palm tree silhouetted against the blue sky and the brilliant sunsets.
The living area features an upscale leather couch and leather recliner along with owner-provided YouTube-TV. This gives you access to live channels and a ton of streaming options. Or bring your own login for Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO, Disney+, Sling, etc. and enjoy your own streaming services on the Smart TVs.
Just off the living area you’ll find a desk and task chair (where the views are guaranteed to distract you unless you pull the blinds!). Start your “remote workday” watching the sunrise on North Beach (5 minutes by car). Walk along the shoreline at lunchtime and maybe grab a sandwich down by the club (15 minute walk). Check out the pelicans and dolphins when your workday is complete (500 ft to the waterfront). Enjoy your favorite beverage as you relax on the deck watching the sunset across the dunes.

The living area is appointed with high quality furnishings, a lazy boy recliner for the person in charge of the Smart TV remote and a high quality sleeper sofa. There is no DVD player but it’s easy to log in to your accounts and stream your favorite shows. The well-equipped luxury kitchen is open plan, spacious and one of the finest in Pelican Watch villas. Dine at the custom bar area with stool seating, at the adorable cafe table or alfresco on the outdoor deck.
1363 Pelican Watch comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The king bedroom suite is warm and inviting and exudes luxury with its king bed, high end linens, Smart TV and rustic, chic flooring! The ensuite bath features a custom tile shower with two separate shower heads and body jets to give you a spa-like experience! The second bath in the hallway is much larger than other 1 bedroom villas in this complex. It is the only one we know of with a tub, perfect for bathing the kiddos after a day at the beach.
The views from the outdoor deck are great. This villa sits a little higher than those to the left. The furnishings are super comfortable and a place you will want to relax and watch the dolphins and Seabrook Island sunsets!

Ideally located on the island, this villa is steps away from the 27,500 square foot Seabrook Island Lakehouse with outdoor pool, near the picturesque Palmetto Lake with walking path, Bohicket Marina, and much more.
The villa rests on the top floor of the Courtside Villas. Guests enter into a private balcony with outdoor seating and court views. As you enter the property, an enclosed coastal porch area features more seating and offers an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or afternoon board games or reading.
As guests step into the villa, a large dining table and well-stocked kitchen offer ample opportunities for dining and entertaining. The bright kitchen area is nicely equipped with dishware, serveware, and cookware for all cooking and hosting needs.
An open living room space with elevated ceilings and large screen smart TV is a favorite area to relax.
Down the hallway, you will find a Master bedroom with ample natural light, Juliet balcony, comfortable king bed, large dresser, closet, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Across the hallway, an additional full bathroom features a shower/tub combination, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, dresser, tv, and closet area.
A stackable washer and dryer are located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the carport and parking lot area, which makes packing and unpacking simple.
Other things to note
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver’s license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As SBI is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. As of this year, for weeklong stays, each vehicle is subject to a $45 gate pass fee. THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES Street parking is prohibited.

Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property and smoking on decks is prohibited. Please try to keep at least 15 feet from the complex.
PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

The spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, picturesque windows with abounding views of the island, comfortable sectional sofa seating for the whole family, a flatscreen TV to watch your favorite shows, and easy access to a private deck with lounge seating—perfect for early morning coffee or dining alfresco.
Just off the living area is a full-size kitchen and dining area. The dining table offers plenty of room to accommodate the whole family with seating for six and abundant natural light flooding in through the surrounding windows. The kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal right from home. A laundry area is also located off the living area so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores!

1967 Bohicket Marina is 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pet-friendly waterfront villa nestled among the grand live oak trees at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Enjoy tranquil views and picturesque sunsets from your covered deck overlooking the creek, a quiet community pool and easy access to the beaches and island activities from this private sanctuary on the Carolina coastline.
This Bohicket Marina villa is set over two levels for space and privacy. The main level living room is accented by a soaring vaulted ceiling with transom windows and an abundance of natural light. There are new hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings including a large, comfortable sectional sofa for making memories with loved ones. The dining area allows for more formal dining and there is even a bar cart for the bartender in the family. The kitchen was recently renovated with new cabinets and Corian countertops and, the most popular dining space, a separate eat-in area where you may dine with nature right outside your window! There is a high efficiency laundry center located just outside the kitchen area for your convenience.
The upstairs king bedroom suite is well appointed with a sitting area and TV, a large walk-in closet and a private ensuite bath promising a quality night’s sleep. Outside the upstairs bedroom there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa too. The second bedroom is a lovely, spacious king suite on the main level featuring a full private bath with tub/shower.

This beach cottage boasts updated interiors and new wood floors throughout! The living area is adorable and comfortably furnished with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and large picture windows that overlook palm trees and the marsh offering great views and abundant light. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and a nice eat in area. It is well stocked and offers everything you need for in house dining convenience. Grab some local shrimp and grill them up on the gas grill! Keurig and regular drip coffee makers for the java enthusiasts!
