Talgara 3 is a three Storey Chalet with premium quality inclusions, located in the Woodridge area, it is a short stroll to Friday Flat. Bedroom on the ground floor with large loft, kitchen, two bathrooms and lounge area, balcony with BBQ. This area is great for beginners and kids, and it has a great quad chairlift to get you up the slopes for intermediate and advanced skiers. The Chalet has filtered views of the Mountain and Thredbo Village.

The chalet is a free-standing structure (rare in Thredbo), which means it does not share a common wall with another property and therefore has reduced noise and disturbances. It also has allocated parking for at least 2 cars.

Talgara 3 is made of local stone and timber with modern inclusions (see pictures). It boasts deluxe accommodation and features such as 3 TVs, video, Apple TV, DVD sound bar, leather lounges, slow combustion fire, dry room, ski storage room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, plus lots of other amenities.

The property has been recently renovated with new floor in the kitchen and dining room area, new external sliding doors and new electric cook top.

THIS IS A SUMMER ONLY LISTING

Snowbird Lodge, located in the small hamlet of Charlotte Pass Village is the highest lodge in Australia. The lodge has 20 ensuite guest rooms. The large lounge room has amazing views over Charlotte Pass Village, a modern kitchen, large inviting fireplace and a myriad of seating options. This booking includes use of 10 guest rooms, a cleaning fee for each room will be charged if you exceed this. Please note there is options to have more guests than the 16.

The space
Snowbird's a family friendly lodge, with generations of families returning every year.
There is a large ski and boot room upon entry to the building, along with a drying room in the winter months.
There are are a few flights of stairs throughout the lodge but it's part of the charm and character of the lodge.
In the winter months the large dining room is open and all meals are catered. Summer is self cater. From the dining room you're able to go out onto the large open deck. The deck has a fire pit, picnic tables, chairs and a wonderful view out onto the mountain.
Upstairs the lounge room is warm and inviting with stunning views of the mountains. It has plenty of space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves while you pop a log on the fire and relax.
The lounge room also has a fully self contained kitchen for the summer months.

PLAESE NOTE: We have two ring cameras, one is located at the front entrance. The second is positioned in the common lounge and kitchen area.

Other things to note
We have a lot of stairs and are situated on a hill. So please understand this is not an easy or disabled access accommodation unfortunately. If you wish to limit the stairs during your stay, let me know and I can make sure to put you in a room close to the amenities.
