The outside is very versatile, striking and exotic. On one side, on the banks of a heated swimming pool with 3 waterfalls, shower and jacuzzi, there is a porch with hammock area and margarita bar with bamboo finishes. Also, in the lower exterior part of the property, you will be able to enjoy a barbecue area and wood ovens where you can eat at a solid wood table and two toilets. On the other hand, in the upper part, also outside, there is a large chill-out area with a solarium, hammocks, armchairs and views of the Batres mountain. Next to it, there is a pond with exotic fish surrounded by vegetation, a bamboo walkway and a wooden bridge that crosses the pond. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the estate has ambient music (both indoors and outdoors), so that you can transport yourself and relax during your stay at the villa.

The space
First full floor of 100m² in a detached house with a garden.
To go up to the first floor there are two exterior stairs: one goes to the garden and the pool, and the other goes directly into the apartment.
The floor consists of a bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms, one room with a double bed, another with a bunk bed with two twin beds and the last one with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed.
The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV with WIFI, two sofas, controlled heating with thermostat, ceiling fans, and a large table.
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, silverware and electric stove with two fires.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire first floor with independent access and the garden which is a common area.
The pool is private but exclusive to guests during their stay.
