Fabulous beds for a first class rest
A good rest is essential. To ensure this, both the beds and the bedding are of a high quality. 2 of the double beds have memory foam mattresses of great thickness and comfort. The other double bed has a high-end pocket spring mattress. 2 single beds with top-of-the-range spring mattresses and another two with high-density viscoelastic mattresses, for all tastes.
Full-equiped Kitchen
The kitchen has all kinds of appliances, thermomix, XL induction hob, XL sink, oven, microwave, American refrigerator, enormous storage space, all kinds of kitchenware, different dishes, complete glassware, utensils, trays, 4 types of coffee makers different (expresso, nespresso, American and French pressing capsules) and a long etc.
Accessibility
The house is entirely on one floor so there are no problems with stairs once inside it. To access the living area, you do have to climb a set of stairs, either from the garage or through the garden.
Sustainability
The insulation of the windows is top quality. Additionally, the wood-burning fireplace provides an excellent source of heat along with the water radiators, controlled by an intelligent thermostat. In summer, the house has excellent cross ventilation. There is no need for A/C. However there are two portable air conditioning units available for those extremely hot summer days. We provide fans for all bedrooms. Irrigation is by drip and we ask guests to use water responsibly.
The environment
It is a very consolidated urbanization next to a natural park and next to the Cerro Alarcón reservoir, which has a water ski club. The town of Valdemorillo is 4.5km away and you can eat and drink great. Many hiking and cycling routes are accessible from the house. We are 10 minutes from El Escorial and 40 minutes from the center of Madrid, in an area with privileged views. and a unique natural environment.The urbanization has a restaurant, bar/cafeteria and a small supermarket with highly recommended bread and meat ;)

How to get around the area

The ideal means of transport is the car. There is no parking problem on the property or on the street. You will have access to the garage with space to play under cover on rainy days or with capacity for two vehicles. The access ramp to the garage already inside the property has capacity for another 3 more vehicles.

In addition, it can be easily reached by taking the 641 bus line that leaves from the Moncloa interchange in Madrid, with a stop 50 meters from the house. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes.

Although it is possible to request a taxi or uber, this service has low availability in the area, so it is recommended to book well in advance if desired.
