It has 6 bedrooms: one en-suite with a 1.50 double bed and built-in bathroom, another 3 with a 1.35 double bed, 1 bedroom with a 1.20 bed and another with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed (all 0.90) for 5 occupants. 3 full bathrooms including the master bedroom.
Guest access
A living room with two sofas and cable TV (Movistar), a kitchen that opens to an office-dining room, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Outside, large porch with dining table, sofas, and movie projector for pleasant summer nights. A pergola area where the best breakfasts are served.
Beautiful, functional and very practical "choco" or outdoor kitchen with all amenities: sink, refrigerator, wine cellar, bar and two burners for iron and paella... a paradise for the "cooks".
Other things to note
In another part of the garden, a lawn with informal furniture, comfortable, perfect to unwind and enjoy those much-desired summer naps, and later, a perfect place for good conversations late at night.
Children, and the young at heart, have their space reserved in the playhouse, where there is a TV with video, a Lego table, a foosball table of the kind we all know well from our 40s and 50s, and a ping-pong table.
