The space
The house has 180 square meters distributed over two floors. On the first floor is the heart of the house: a large living room! It is an open space with a fireplace and garden views, which in turn is divided into two rooms, both decorated with care and detail, perfect for spending family time or taking advantage of the rest. You can sit down to read a book on the sofa, play with the children or, if the weather is not good, enjoy a good movie by the fireplace. Connecting with the living room, there is a nice kitchen, fully equipped so you can cook whenever and however you want. It has all the necessary appliances and utensils for you to enjoy making a good dinner or eating as a family. Open to the kitchen, we have a large dining room with magnificent natural light that comes in from the windows and from the large adjacent terrace, which can be accessed directly.
On this floor we will also find a single room and a full bathroom. Both rooms have natural light since the windows face the garden and enjoy some privacy as they are separated from the other rooms.
Upstairs is a wonderful suite that in addition to standing out for its
spaciousness, it has a dressing room, a full bathroom with a separate bathtub and two terraces, one of which is adjacent to the bathroom, ideal for ending the day enjoying a relaxing bath with outdoor views. On this same floor, there is also another full bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds and the other with a double bed and a twin bed. Next to the hallway that serves as a foyer, we have direct access to another of the house's terraces, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the outdoors.
In short, it is a cozy space for 8 people, carefully decorated and equipped with everything you need to make your stay a few days of authentic pleasure and disconnection.

The house is located within a 1000 m2 plot. It is a large landscaped space in the center of which is a century-old oak tree as well as a swimming pool and barbecue area. It's a perfect area to enjoy, disconnect and relax. The house has several direct exits to the garden and numerous windows with views.
