Upon arrival, we will give you all the information you need about the house and other aspects of your interest, in order to get a very pleasant stay in 'LITAMILOCA

FEATURES OF THE HOUSE

More than 450 m2 inside for the use and enjoyment of our customers distributed in the two main floors (the house has 3).

Upper floor: (heating, individual air-conditioning)

-Bedroom 1 (main): hall-distributor with access to the bathroom and bedroom, double bed 160 cm, TV, desk, chest of drawers, sofa, armchair and two bedside tables, (you can include a bed or cot).
-Bedroom 2: 2 beds with the possibility of including two more (not included in price-see rates), direct access to shared bathroom with bedroom number 3 (bathroom equipped with shower cabin and Turkish bath, and 3 more pieces).
-Bedroom 3: (2 single beds)
-Library with space for reading and board games.
- TV room-with DVD

Ground floor (Common areas)

-Room 1 (main): furnished and decorated with taste, suitable for family reunion; with access to upper floor by appropriate wooden staircase and other common areas (dining room, enclosed porch and another living room area with fireplace).

-Lounge 2 (winter corner): Very cozy in that season, next to the fireplace, and its adequate decoration provides a magical environment for reading. In this space you can also enjoy TV.

-Porche 1: cozy at any time of the year, with access to the garden, adapted to enjoy table games.
-Porche 2: also with access to the garden, where you can enjoy breakfast, and family dinners during the summer season, if desired.

Quiet and family-friendly house in the heart of the Madrid mountains.
My partner and I live here with our animal family. Thor and Brezo, our friendly dogs, and Zarza, a wonderful and sweet tortoiseshell cat.
It is also our flower workshop because we are dedicated to floral decoration. We are about 25 km from Madrid in a residential development very close to the urban center. This will allow you to enjoy wonderful walks in the mountains and also the atmosphere and gastronomy of the place.

The space
You will have all the independence you want, and you will also be able to see how we live and try to enjoy our work and our leisure.

Guest access
The pool can be used at many times by our guests once we notify them of the times when they can make use of it.
We have to warn you that our dogs are family members and that they also use the pool. If guests don't want to bathe with them, just let us know and the "guys" will stop bathing.
