Or reconnect with nature or just take a break aboard my private houseboat. See Dolphins, Pelicans, Swans, literally at the door. Take a relaxing nature walk along the wetlands trail or have a meal and some drinks at Boundry Island Brewery, literally a stones throw and directly in front of my boat.
Maybe have a couple of quiet drinks on the rooftop deck. Watch the TV, listen to your favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker, take a dip in the estuary, do a spot of fishing or crabbing or just sit on the beach and take in the beautiful scenery. There's literally something for everyone.

If you are bringing a boat, parking is a breeze on the private 2 jetty and 3 boat parking plenty of space to park the trailer, car and caravan inside the property.

They say water is very calming and relaxing. This is what this property provides.

you can sit and relax under the covered verandah where there's an outdoor dining setting and a burner BBQ. sprawls across the entire back of the house with glorious views. On a daily basis there are visits from our State emblem (Black Swans) and dolphins which like to get up close and personal. All this in your very own backyard.

Inside there are two living areas with expansive canal water views. living area has panoramic views, comfy couches, day bed and a large smart TV. The second floor with magnificent cathedral ceiling and themed lead lights is the entertainment area. There you can enjoy a game of pool, foosball (soccer table) or just relax and enjoy the view.

There are 4 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 8 people:

- 2 queen bed

. There are also many books for everyone to enjoy.

The butlers pantry is fully furnished with everything you would want: microwave, sandwich press, tea and coffee peculators, beverage fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (that makes barista quality coffee), kettle and toaster. Plus a selection of coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment.

The pantry is fully equipped with crockery, platters and glassware for 12, including water glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses.

Cooking has never been so pleasurable as from every aspect of the kitchen you have canal views. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas hot plate, a built in oven and grill, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with built-in filtered ice and water dispenser, a double sink and a servery to the outside undercover verandah. Kitchen essentials such as baking paper, glad wrap, aluminium foil, baking trays (including disposals), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, a selection of condiments ( including tomatoes sauce and Vegemite;)) and spices have been supplied. Paper towels, tissues and napkins are in the pantry. Pots and pans and cooking utensils and accessories are supplied.

All linen, towels, beach towels, organic and botanical shampoo, conditioner and body and hand was is provided to satisfy the most discerning guest.

A washing machine and dryer with washing powder and softener are available.

Really all you have to do is pack your bag and come.
