The luxury tent had a very small kitchenette and of course didn’t have great insulation so when the sun came out the walls got warm. When it was windy the tent flapped around a bit. The villa was excellent. Spacious with everything you need and parking right by the door. There’s a private balcony but it had a privacy wall blocking any view while seated. Location is a few steps from the ferry terminal, IGA supermarket, pub and more. Recommended for a quiet place to stay."

River Wren 6 is offered as affordable on-water holiday accommodation in White Sands. This is accommodation only and the boat is not available for self-drive.

This unique accommodation is located at the stunning Riverglen community which includes a marina, reserve and boat ramp.

River Wren 6 is a mid-size all steel construction mono hull river cruiser, open plan, bright, airy and extremely comfortable. It is very cozy and has all the facilities for off-the-grid river enjoyment.

River Wren 6 is a shared and open living space which incorporates the sleeping and kitchenette areas. Standard bedding arrangement provided is 1 x double permanent bed. Linen including bedding and towels is provided. Bedding for 1 x additional double bed (fold down combined with the dining table), and 1 x smaller single bed for smaller guests (plus a front day sitter) can be provided on request (no extra cost applies). Please note there are no separate rooms (apart from the toilet and shower). It is similar in size to that of a large RV except it's on water.

River Wren 6 has all the facilities required, bathroom and toilet amenities, cooking appliances, radio and Smart TV/DVD on board. The kitchenette has all the utensils and cooking aids to cook up a feast. We supply basic items such as tea and instant coffee, complimentary milk, limited toiletries, and cleaning items. There is rear deck with canopy, gas BBQ, cool ice chest (ice required), and back up 3kva generator to charge items. 240-volt power is on hand via the generator to power the internal split system heat and cool unit, toaster, microwave or other 240 powered items.

We also provide a 2-person kayak for your use to explore this tranquil part of the river.

If you're wanting to bring a couple of friends (or the kids!), there is a fold out sleeper couch and single blow-up mattress (by request).

The domes are solar-powered and USB points are available for charging.
While we are waiting for our plumbing to be installed, the domes share a clean and sanitised portable toilet. Please not there are currently no shower facilities.

Each dome has a firepit for cold nights (not available during fireban season).

The Hasta La Vista is the perfect choice for a fun-filled relaxing time sitting back relaxing and taking in the ambiance of the mighty Murray River all the year around.
It is located at the Mannum Waters Marina on Pelican Drive, Port Mannum.
Mannum township is about 3-kilometer distance by road or river. Mannum is a gateway to other upper river locations, it is a vibrant and social community. It is a tourist destination with many shops to browse, annual festivals, car shows, Sounds by the River concert and water activities abound.

Be aware that the generator will need to be used to maintain sufficient power when there are periods of no sun.
There are canoes with all the safety gear for your use.
You are also welcomed to bring your own ski boat, tinny or jet ski as there is a boat ramp and plenty of space to tie up alongside. Your own personal boats or jet skis must be operated at your own risk.
Guests will be met personally by a helpful Hasta crew representative and given safety and orientation tuition. Any special needs are to be disclosed on boarding the vessel so we can make the stay as accommodating as possible. Unfortunately, it is not wheel chair friendly due to deck space and entry points with step down.
Moored accommodation is a popular choice for those that don't wish to drive a houseboat which involves risk, attracts a higher per night hire fee and additional fuel costs. With moored accommodation only you still get the same water experience, rock and roll mill pond mirror water conditions in the morning and evening.
During the cooler months you can have a campfire with a complimentary bag of firewood supplied.
Please bring your own (BYO) bed linen and towels which help in keeping the hire cost at a family budget price. We can supply bed linen and towels at a reasonable charge upon request. If the vessel is returned in poor untidy condition or any damage goes unreported it may affect the security bond refund.
The Hasta La Vista is a non-smoking vessel due to its compact size and pets cannot be accommodated on board.

The space
Piccolina features a queen bed with quality French flax linen by Bed Threads.
We have a small ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet & sink. Toiletries by Jurlique are provided, and soft towels by Sheridan. Lovely linen robes & slippers provide you with some extra pampering.
There is a comfy lounge to relax on, smart TV to stream from your device and a dining area. All with views of the river, marina, Hindmarsh Island bridge and historic wooden boats.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & oven, small fridge and pantry staples. The Nespresso Creatista Pro coffee machine provides the perfect coffee every time, with touch screen & 9 coffee options.
The front deck features a bench with views up the river to watch the sunrise.
The back deck is protected from the elements with a marine grade BBQ, dining set, outdoor lounge & festoon lighting. Plenty of space to relax!
Privacy is important - therefore Piccolina has tinted windows for daytime seclusion, and blinds & curtains for night time solitude if desired.

She is located in the gated Captain Sturt marina, slip way & boat building facility. There is free parking on site.
The gates are open during business hours, and a code will be provided for outside of these hours. There is also a pedestrian gate.
All within walking distance is the historic Goolwa Wharf precinct, main street with shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Please note Piccolina is not suitable for children or pets due to its proximity to the river.
There are cameras in the public areas of the marina, but not on Piccolina or the jetty she is attached to.
Piccolina has a low ceiling height (6f7in) and beams (6f4in), so if you are taller, you might want to rethink your stay.
There is a step up into the front and back of Piccolina so please be mindful of this during your stay.
Also the jetty is located on the edge of the main river channel, therefore it can get a little rough & windy. There will be movement onboard during these times. Also when large boats pass by.
Please reconsider if you suffer badly from motion sickness, otherwise you get used to any movement pretty quickly.
We have restricted power supply at the marina, so no electric kettle or toaster. We have a gas kettle & grill for toasting.

Our modern floating eco-pod on the Murray River is designed as a stylish getaway for 2 people.

Whether it’s a romantic getaway or just because, this stunning floating house provides a perfect year-round escape. Summer is a great time to see the river come alive with kayaks active on weekends. Autumn and Spring are stunning, with warm days and cooler nights, ideal for the fire pit on the deck. Winter is a time to cosy up on the egg chairs with a glass of wine.

Amenities include a queen bed with electric blanket, reverse cycle airconditioning and fans, lounge with TV, and ensuite toilet and shower.

A bar table and stools on the undercover deck provide an ideal spot to enjoy a meal cooked on the BBQ, while the egg chairs and lounges are a favourite place to take in the views and activity on the River and enjoy a drink.

2 x single person kayaks with life jackets are provided for you to enjoy a paddle on the River.

Cute sailing boat, gorgeous stay aboard (not to sail) in stunning North Haven Marina, with Sail Master tavern/restaurant, fish n chips just there, toilet with showers and laundry at the marina. The boat can accommodate up to 3 people in total to sleep; it has a main berth suitable for 2 people (double) and 2 single berths - 1 that can be made up to a bed, a table with 2 chairs and basic kitchen facilities, kettle, toaster, airfryer. The location of the houseboat is stunning. Such a beautiful spot. So much bird life around and stunning sunsets to watch. The houseboat itself is lovely. Plenty of space and each bedroom had its own bathroom which is just luxury! We were guided to a boat ramp only just a km down the road to use and there was a spot to be able to tie the boat up to on the side of the houseboat. The best part was that we were able to share it with our much loved dogs as well. We were able to take them for a walk each morning just around the property. There was a beautiful lawned area for them to do their business and there was the option to be able to lock them on just the outside of the boat. Plus they were able to sleep inside with us as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will 100% be back to stay again!"

We live in our home which is the historic timber mill and hardware merchant's building.

There are two historic hotels - the Royal Exchange and the Bon Accord - within 2m walking distance at each end of our street. They have great atmosphere, locally provided food and wines from the region. Our property is in a quiet street, 2kms from Burra town centre, away from the caravan chaos in the centre of town.

Our property is flat and huge, but we only accommodate a maximum of two caravans/camping trailers/tents at a time, to preserve your, our, and our neighbours' privacy, peace and quiet.

Power and water are included in the nightly $25 rate, but the use of our private bathroom and laundry (which are accessed via a separate entrance, so no need to go through our private dwelling), attracts a surcharge of $5 per head per night.

Waste disposal is included in the nightly rate.

Your pets are welcome too. The property is securely fenced, but if your pet isn't dog or cat-friendly, please ensure your pet is secured at all times. There's local wildlife on our property (a Blue-tongued lizard named Bernard, amongst others), so it's imperative that your pet can't be allowed to harm them.

Overlook the valley and dams on the property and take in the view. The site has ample room but limited amenities. There is less shade on the hill than the other two sites but is more accessible for some vehicles.

Why not take your special someone for a romantic escape onboard 'Eliza Jane' a fully restored 'stationary' 1947 wooden cruiser moored at Coorong Quays on Hindmarsh island across the bridge from Goolwa.

'Eliza Jane' still oozes her olde world charm with original polished wood interior but also boasts all the modern comforts required to ensure you a comfortable stay.

She features 5 living areas onboard (3 indoor/2outdoor)

Front - large front top deck consisting of 2 sun lounges so you can enjoy the views, listen to the birds & sip on your favourite beverage. In the evening you can create the mood with our LED lights lining the railing around the exterior of the boat.

A cabin at the bow accommodating 2, consisting of a comfy V king size bed with hatch/skylights, port holes & a small ensuite bathroom for your convenience. All linen, bedding & towels are supplied. There is also plenty of storage for your luggage.

Galley with stove, sink, bar fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, twin dining bench &/or desk area - fully stocked kitchen utensils, initial breakfast provisions & spring drinking water.

The stern consists of 2 x double built in lounge bench seats which can also be utilised & enjoyed as a converted outdoor area.

Enter the aft deck from the jetty. An electric barbecue grill is supplied. A ladder giving you access to the the complimentary double kayak.

Entertainment: TV/DVD player including huge selection of DVD'S, AM/FM radio, CD player, CD's, books, magazines & games provided.

For your comfort, we have reverse cycled air conditioning & a fan. Enjoy the lovely sea breezes on the water taking the edge off the heat in Summer. There is plenty of ventilation throughout the boat to enjoy the fresh air whether you're inside or out.

You also have full access with an electronic swipe card to private or shared bathroom facilities & a coin operated laundry with washing machines & a dryer. There is also an outdoor seating area with bbq facilities next to the Marina.

Don't feel like cooking? The boat is berthed 100 metres from the Islander Tavern which has gorgeous views over the marina.

Onboard, you will also have access to a comprehensive guest guide & brochures on activities/sights in the area.

Is Spring Mount right for you ?

This property is off grid so runs on rainwater, solar system and self composting toilets.

There is no air-conditioning however is designed with very effective ventilation that utilises the cool sea breeze.

Children under 10 must be supervised, not suitable for toddlers or infants.

Our lodge has spiral stairs leading to beds that are arranged either end in one open space / void, great for yoga mats.
Bathroom facilities are connected to the main building by a breezeway.

We provide linen on the 2 beds in the main lodge, there are spare mattresses under the beds so can sleep up to 6. You will find doonas, spare blankets and pillows, bringing your own extra sheets / pillows is optional .
In the bunk house we provide sleeping bags with liners, pillows, and spare blankets.
Towels provided per guest.

Kitchen limitations
The fridge is compact and efficient, we also provide an esky for drinks.

There is no microwave or dishwasher in the kitchen we have a 2 burner gas stove top and a wood oven connected to the combustion heater inside, great for home made pizza or roast veggies on a cool night. Outside is an undercover kitchen with large industrial oven, BBQ hot plate and wet area with sink.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. This is a retreat not a party venue. Breach of this may result in immediate termination, payment for security, excess cleaning, rubbish removal, wear and tare or damage costs .

Want to experience some outdoor living but still with the small comforts? Located in the Flinders Ranges, 17k's from Stirling North. Follow Spear Creek Rd into Catninga Rd and head to the homestead. We're at the end of the road.
Do the ‘camping thing’ with the campfire & camp oven, then retire into the comfort of the Catninga Caravan. Fully kitted out kitchen, lounge area, your own campfire, and only a short walk to amenities.
Be aware there is 1 double bed & 2 single children's beds .

Older style on site caravan. Very clean and roomy van, great for a country get away on a budget. Heater for colder weather, air conditioner and personal fans for summer heat.

Other things to note
There is 9k's of dirt road to get to Catninga. The road is accessible to all but the very low vehicles, however it may be weather effected after rain, so if you are worried please give us a ring to discuss.
We are a working farm and may have cattle or horses in nearby paddocks or in the yards.
Catninga is situated 26ks from Port Augusta with magnificent views of the Ranges and Spencer Gulf.

Privately owned/operated, we offer two houseboats for unique self contained moored accommodation. "The Murray Dream" (9 berth boat) is perfect for those wanting to experience all the fun of a houseboat holiday, but without having to drive the boat. It is moored at a peaceful location adjacent to beautiful parklands and only a 5 minute stroll to Renmark's shops, cafes, restaurants & playground. Two person kayak supplied too! Situated in a peaceful location only a 5 minute riverfront walk from the Renmark Township. Two person kayak supplied and the houseboat is fully self contained for you to enjoy a relaxing getaway!

Please note our base rate is for 2 people occupying one bed. When separate bedrooms are required for each person staying, please contact us to request this and there will be an additional cost of $60/adult/night and $30/child (15 or below)/night.

When more than one couple is staying, we will unlock second and third bedrooms as required.

Queen bed can be split into singles at an additional cost of $50 per queen.

Security bond - we will also make contact with you to get credit card details to do a hold/preauthorisation for a security bond of $350, to be processed on day of arrival. If there are no damages or extra cleaning required upon your departure, the bond hold will automatically release after 5-7 business days.
