Even though this was in the heat of summer, the tent cools down for perfect conditions at night. The Location
Erowal Bay Boathouse is located in Erowal Bay. It is a waterfront property with direct access to the St George's Basin. Erowal Bay is a lovely, peaceful hamlet within a few minutes drive of Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park. Vincentia and Huskisson and all of the options that they offer are an easy drive from the property.

Erowal Bay Boathouse is the perfect option for a large group of friends or an extended family who are looking for a stunning, luxurious property. You will relax as soon as you enter the front door of this beautiful property which has been thoughtfully, immaculately and tastefully styled.

Erowal Bay Boathouse has a three split level design, with a lawn and driveway on the street side, and a large lawn area that cascades down to the water's edge.

The main living level of the house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - as per the floor plan.

A short flight of stairs then leads up to the main living room, which adjoins the dining room and a modern, gourmet kitchen. This level also has a full width balcony.

Downstairs leads to a 6th bedroom and 3rd bathroom as well as a second living room / rumpus room with an adjoining internal laundry and kitchenette. This living room spills out onto a lovely, covered patio and a fantastic outdoor deck area - perfect for indoor / outdoor entertaining!

The kitchenette downstairs is equipped with a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine. Some pods are provided on arrival.

This property provides complimentary NBN WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.

Erowal Bay Boathouse is perfect for indoor / outdoor entertaining, with numerous, carefully designed outdoor areas: front lawn to the road, large back lawn to the water's edge (complete with fire pit), upstairs full width balcony, downstairs undercover patio, with an adjoining open air deck!

Erowal Bay Boathouse has air conditioning throughout the house, either from fully ducted or split system units. The systems provide either heating or cool air. The house can also be opened up in the warmer months to catch any available breeze off the water.

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Erowal Bay Boathouse.
Please bring your own beach towels however.

There is parking for 1 car in the lock up garage to the left side of the house. In addition, there is parking for 3 - 4 cars on the concrete driveway. Please do not park on the lawn.

Erowal Bay Boathouse is not a pet friendly property.

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

You can choose to relax by the river or walk about and enjoy time with our goats, cows & chickens. We are pet friendly so feel free to bring along your fur babies. Enjoy a fire pit in the winter months or play some games on your deck by the caravan with a BBQ lunch.
